Well he's being supported by the Crown, and as some object to this, granting him the use of the term could make him less dependent on the crown. So I suppose I'd justify giving it to him over others, due to his title and his previous service to the Royal family.

There is no justification for giving him legal intellectual property rights denied to others.

I haven’t joined in on any of these but I’ve been totally taken aback by the reaction to their initial announcement. It seemed clear that their situation wasn’t working for anyone involved and I’m glad they’ve taken steps to change that.

I’m not British, so definitely don’t get a lot of the feelings surrounding the monarchy.
