Ok - if you want this to be a support thread, with occasional mentions of the royal family so be it! Knock yourselves out. Maybe change the thread titles for future threads, so that you won't have people ya know, wanting to discuss the topic mentioned in the title.

The thing is when recent occurrences have been discussed and analysed then maybe there isn't much to say until the next performance. Cats and food are filler aren't they? Are you saying you want everyone to remain silent until something else happens?

Agree with everything you all are saying, including (sadly) what a missed opportunity MM had to do good for various causes right here in the UK.
I know the Mayhew very well and they are the loveliest people, and completely dedicated to what they do. If MM had taken her patronage seriously and got dug in there over time, she could have brought them meaningful attention and donations.

The Mail seem to playing a very clever game at the moment (only saw the headlines) Let's criticise the minor royals for their commercial interests. presumably so public are onside before they start on their real targets.
