Not sure if this has been answered, but can Thomas Markle refuse to attend? If he's asked to be a witness can he refuse? Particularly as he's a non-UK citizen and apparently unwell?

I do wonder if H&M will try to settle so that Thomas keeps his mouth shut (not that it stopped him before)

I'm not trying to get the thread removed at all, I have engaged with several posters not just one and have responded to a particular poster calmly. I have also been on the other threads in this series as I think it is an interesting discussion about the situation as a whole not just the individual players.

Moving on, I think the Rugby Draw will be very carefully stage managed and I do think Harry will leave for Canada immediately afterwards and possibly return when the details regarding their new status/position are worked out in more detail.
