He could be trying to lull you into a false sense of security. You'll then let your guard down, stop wearing the suit of armour, and that's when he'll attack.

Trying to think of a name for those sad shaved forelimbs, sort of the equivalent of 'Cone of Shame', as so many pets have them post vet visits.....but I am not very imaginative.... suggestions anyone?

From farm kitten to snuggles in the bed kitten! Grace and Frankie are getting there (though Grace is chosen to nap and recharge from the last zoomies on the ottoman at the end of the bed) I’m guessing for some peace as Frankie has decided to purr like a jumbo jet while he charges back up 😂
