Continuing the adventures of all our cats, the well-behaved and the less well-behaved.

Here is one of the less well-behaved.

The cat on the seat is Emerald.
Here is her brother, Linney, relaxing in the garden.

A great mystery has been solved this afternoon, by the way.

A black cat who visits us daily, and who we named "Mr. Fang" turns out to be a female called Suzy.

This explains why Emerald always assumes a greatly enlarged tail and screeches at him to get out. Sorry, I mean screeches at HER to get out.

Emerald does not mind when Picard comes round. She is obviously a bit of a tart.

Some passing children told DH Suzy's name about fifteen minutes ago.

Here is Suzy, being given a Dreamie by DH.

Emerald must have been out at the time.

Emerald, on finding out that DH once gave Suzy a Dreamie:

Shady has just tried to catch a fly
In doing so he's taken out my bedside table, mirror and makeup table

The late, great McVicar did this every single night if she got the chance.

She had an impossibly innocent face for one so badly-behaved.

Basil is looking very laid back sunning himself, and Lenny is currently recuperating (on the chair I want to sit on)

Ha!

DH has just asked me to ask this thread why cats always sit on whatever chair their humans want to sit on.

I do not think there is a reasonable answer, personally.

Same as DH always stands in front of whatever kitchen drawer or cupboard I'm going to need something from!

@bonfirebash One of my black cats, Toad/Toby, loves to play fetch too. His toy of choice though is a little plastic vegetable person from when Lidl did Stickeez. I ended up buying a load from eBay cause Toad had lost all the freebie ones I had. He's very fussy though and prefers "Mr Tomato" and "Mr Kiwi" to the rest of the range. Poor Miss Banana just gets ignored.

Shady is in the carrier. Turns out he does have a voice. And it's LOUD

Our rescue we named Macavity, aptly named. He must have had to fight his corner in his early life. He thinks nothing of giving me a slap or a bite. Two years of positive treatment has calmed him a bit. He can be very affectionate when happy. We adore the little bar steward.

We have a range of cats that live in our garden. This is Titch in his basket. I may add others as and when. This one is adorable and sweet and cuddly. And loves a tummy tickle.

He tried playing the scratchy bitey belly trap game but i knew better...
He's a proper headbutter, and he also tried nicking the ham from my al-fresco dinner.

Squidge is mostly staying upstairs til The Flea Debacle is resolved - an rspca report has been made about downstairs, and I'm keeping a water bowl topped up outside.
My vet's got a free slot next week - the one I booked the other day didn't happen bc he wasn't around when I needed to get him there.
