On my list to try! Weirdly they always have loads available on the app but they're so good, I don't understand why they aren't sold out

I'm blessed - i got an allotment a couple of weeks ago just up the road and directly opposite our local Toby. I've spent the odd sunset there recently gawping at my plot while stuffing roasties down my gob, and then gone back the next morning for sausages and stuff before further pottering

Oh and to bring the topic back to cats, im growing catnip in a wire frame. Wish it luck..

I've got 2 'nip plants, no covers, both doing really well despite Leroy spending the nice weather face down in them 😂

They get quite invasive if you're not careful but the bees love them almost as much as the cats.

Whenever I get some herbs in I snip some 'nip for Leroy too 🥰

Excellent work bonfire! i might get one for tomorrow - there's a plot inspection Sunday and my edging is awry to put it mildly.

Thanks for the 'nip tips YesItsMe - I've got a 2sqm patch of unbroken ground in the garden to fill so it spreading is absolutely not a problem.

Shadow from downstairs is pretty much a permanent outdoor itchy fixture. Nothing back from my housing or the rspca yet. He's a v v v affectionate hungry boy and an absolute sweetheart. Still trying to work out how to sort him out without invoking the wrath of idiot neighbour.

I've just had Squidge's bravecto topped up and let her out again earlier - they were sniffing each other faces with no hisses :)

Anyone else think he looks like a Bryan for some reason?

This is Toby, DD's first cat.

Floof is super hyper today, he's been banging for games, poking people for games and jumping on DD doing abdominal crunches. Like we have a wild animal today. Love him.

Agh. I caught Squidge doing the wildhaired grooming thing of making determined chewy eye contact while having a six inch long rope of damp fur hanging out of her gob.
My automatic response is to call her a silly squoshidge and grab the tendrils she hasn't eaten yet

I've been in hospital, away for 36 hours and I came back to this. I just want a flipping shower but oh no...!

It's been absolutely pouring with rain here today (we live in Argyll) and Emerald has miaowed to be let out all afternoon.
DH finally opened the door for her and she shot out, only to sit underneath the garden bench.
After five minutes she miaowed to be let back in again, outraged and soaking wet.

Oh, I used to live in Scotland and had a similarly outraged cat 😹 She blamed us for the rain, cold and anything outdoors. She was only content lying in front of a coal fire 😅

Somebody who isnt me seems to have put some kind of spot on onto Shadow's neck! Fingers crossed it works...
