Thank you 🙂 That photo makes it look better than it does in real life though! It needs at least another coat of paint. My sister and friend both hate the blue cause it doesn't go with anything (as well as black and grey tiles, I have an original quarry tiled floor) but I don't care.

Funnily enough Basil was eyeing up a ludicrously small box a few days ago and Mrs Grumpy made a disparaging comment about him being too fat to fit.
I'm not going to show Basil the picture but Pooka has proved that it can be done 😁.

We are having a few issues between the dog and the cats so I'm about to post in the Doghouse for the first time.

Going very slowly, but progressing. Since Thursday I've not seen him anywhere except in the igloo, though he clearly does move around because food is going & the tray is being used.

I have a couple of little cuts on my hand already from him. He wasn't attacking me as such; he will take chicken directly from my hand and a couple of times got a bit over enthusiastic and tried to grab the piece with his claws. We are slowly learning that being grabby with claws = having to wait longer for chicken!

Girlcat has been in his room for a wander around a couple of times when I've been visiting, but has studiously ignored the bed - which used to be her ultimate attainment the few times she managed to get in that room.

Sounds good, Allergic. Still early days and I admire your patience.
I'm having lovely cuddles with Matt. A couple of little love bites though and a furry nose shoved in my ear which felt very odd indeed! 😂

Took my 6 months to touch Girlcat, and near enough a year with Boycat. I have the patience needed. I just wish he would settle enough to come out, and that Girlcat would talk to him - those are the next steps.

Superstar Matt, looking after his poorly mum. That could well be why you're having issues between the dog & cats - jealousy.

Basil and Sybil were 12 yesterday. To celebrate I've dug put some photos we took at Battersea when we first went to meet them.
The grey in the photo with Basil is another of the litter.

So cute! Sybil looks tiny, who would have thought that little scrap would grow into such a magnificent, elegant heart breaker?
