We were out of space so I thought I'd do the honours

It's so lovely to see him home safe and sound and back to being adored.

Poor little darling. Sending a very gentle li'l butt scritch for him if he's feeling up to it.

Supersimkin2 · 18/11/2022 23:11

Thanks 😊 we accept the boops, kisses cuddles and scritches with deep honour and beg to return the favour to all beloveds.

I am starting to get a touch moody about the event. I’m suggesting me, Allergic and Leroy pay a local house call.

With TC.

Fluffycloudland77 · 18/11/2022 23:24

Good grief. You just can’t understand the mentality of people like this. People are just cruel.

PeloFondo · 18/11/2022 23:50

Paws offers a giant set of paws for the house call

I'm sure TC would thoroughly enjoy a day out in London for a spot of thuggery. We are pretty local after all.

RumNotRun · 19/11/2022 00:12

I'm not local but I'll travel to join in. Fucking cowardly prick picking on a cat.

Supersimkin2 · 19/11/2022 07:53

Think he’s on the mend. Brekker 1 served on request. Lots of collar tinkles from kitchen. Pushed slumbering human upright and into kitchen. Cheery tinkles when Gourmet demolished.

We’ll sort out the security cavalcade, motorbike outriders for the black van with caged windows, for TC’s visit. He can do his Xmas shopping in the West End afterwards and nab Sybil the very plumpest brace of pigeons from Nelson’s Column before we shut the motorway for the return trip.

Flushed with triumph, no one notices NDN has changed the locks.

I’ll stay in the bedroom today cos that makes me little soft kitten purr. We’ll do movie-and-a-lie-down on repeat.

HouseofHolbein · 19/11/2022 08:46

Oh god @Supersimkin2 😱 there are some evil things walking amongst us.

I'm miles away but happy to come as back up for the retribution attack... I can bring clotted cream if you think his majesty would approve 💕

Allergictoironing · 19/11/2022 08:58

He may look much happier, but do get that vet check done today both to make sure he's OK & to get the injuries on record.

Other than that, bedroom day with movies & cuddles sounds perfect.

YesItsMeIDontCare · 19/11/2022 09:14

I agree with Allergic. He may have some internal injury that might need a look at and it's better to be safe than sorry. We all know cats are masters at hiding illness and injury until it's too late.

Maybe give them a call today and go in on Monday if you feel he's better off just staying stress free today.

Sending more love your way 💕

Papergirl1968 · 19/11/2022 11:03

Whoever bullies one of our cats had better be prepared to take on them all. I love the idea of a furry army matching to London to seek justice for Prince. Magnificent Matt has shown he is handy with claws and teeth and would be honoured to join. I won't offer Socks' services, little wimp that she is.

HouseofHolbein · 19/11/2022 11:33

Tbh Wednesday is a nasty little madam when she wants to be. And Morticia has an evil streak for sure. I'll stick them in bonnets to really piss them off then they will be unstoppable

coastergirl · 19/11/2022 11:43

I'm afraid Walter wouldn't be much use. He barely knows which way is up most of the time.

PeloFondo · 19/11/2022 11:53

Ollie would be no use either, except for bringing snacks, supplying cuddles and keeping paws in line

YesItsMeIDontCare · 19/11/2022 12:04

@coastergirl , @PeloFondo - I'm sure Prince would appreciate some personal support from the more gentle cats and the bolshy fuckers will definitely appreciate snacks.

PeloFondo · 19/11/2022 12:19

He has a face of concern (yes I'm reading out loud to him) BlushBlushBlush

Just told Mr House who is a cat tolerater rather than lover. He's up for a bit of retribution too. Hates a bully.

HouseofHolbein · 19/11/2022 13:04

I need to get ready for work. Wednesday is sitting on me making biscuits on my left boob and purring. Not sure I'm allowed to leave the house 🤣🤣

LostCats · 19/11/2022 13:14

Boone will definitely join the furry army. He loves a scrap. Eko will sing for the soldiers 😁

Supersimkin2 · 19/11/2022 13:33

Vet reassuring, he’ll do an in-person check Monday.

Vet livid.

Allergictoironing · 19/11/2022 13:42

Did you take any photos of him? I know that won't have been the first thing on your mind, but if he's still got marks/cuts/grazes etc may be worth taking pics for later (and to show the vet on Monday).

YetAnotherSpartacus · 19/11/2022 13:49

Just catching up with the news … bloody awful. I hope that Prince is on the mend Flowers.

Supersimkin2 · 19/11/2022 16:10

No photos except ones you can see. It wasn’t an insta moment. Good thinking Allergic tho cos by the time the police do anything about it he’ll hopefully be physically recovered.

But his claws are shredded/non-existent where he was scrabbling for his life.

He’s quite happy in bed. He was escorted out earlier for a soothing sniffabout and I got bitten for carrying him back after a minute. Tough. Not going out.

I’m just reeling with gratitude. Washing machine broke, takes your mind off one’s troubles.

Found stinky sat on the windowsill

God, no wonder you don’t want him out for long. How terrifying for him having to do that.
