I've got a Siamese cat. He was abandoned by his owner and is living in state - three nests made by neighbours - in our garden. He is absolutely beautiful, aged 11, and a white/cream colour, brown eyes I think. So far we have blinked at each other, me flat on face behind bush in garden.

The lady who feeds him is going away for 6 weeks. She is in a royal state of anxiety so I stepped in. Have been trained to do the feeding, leg massage, etc.

His history is shameful. He has been coming to us for food for ages, finally taken to Battersea, where his so-called owner collected him in 90 minutes. Then left him to starve. So you see I can't not.

Any words of wisdom? I need them.

Is that where she lives? Or are they just showing her what life could be like with love?
Before throwing her out in the snow ( which you are bound to have soon, even if you don't have it now).

Ollie has assessed the weather. No good for cats apparently

Chucked out, shaking with cold and fear. Happy 2018, Balls.

Threecats how many have you got today?

I'm battling with only the one. Bloody Mr C has realised that he prefers the Sheba in foil tins 53p not the pouch 38p. Watches me unpack the shopping to check for the right shape box. When I craftily bought a cheaper foil tin - Tesco ham - it ended up upside down in the hall, being footballed angrily off the grounds.

Seems happy tho :) How is Pboy today?

Pboy is having a fine time in the New Year.

Balls loves you O. He's not just in it for the omelette, is he.

Just makes you think about Poot Little Match Cat. Outside.

Shivering. SadGrin

Ollivander84 · 02/01/2018 16:33

Stop it Grin
Paws is quite lean. He's actually tried to eat the china bowl that ollies food was in Confused

cozietoesie · 02/01/2018 16:34

Lean is sometimes good. Too many domestic animals are overweight these days. Smile

Ollivander84 · 02/01/2018 16:38

Oh definitely. He's also an overgroomer from the bald bits I can see. Nothing like having complex cats. It's pouring down outside so he's on the bed, window is open but he doesn't want to go out

Ollivander84 · 02/01/2018 16:43

I'm presuming if Ollie hated him there would be fur flying by now? It's mainly horrified looks with a hint of slow blinking

cozietoesie · 02/01/2018 16:53

I'd guess so. Smile

cozietoesie · 02/01/2018 17:10

Complex animals can be ............interesting to live with. Droplets of Complication fall off PBoy when he just walks past! Grin

Ollivander84 · 02/01/2018 17:21

Just got a phone call. I got the job Smile

Fluffycloudland77 · 02/01/2018 17:36

Oh well done! The motor trade one?.

Ollivander84 · 02/01/2018 17:41

Yep!! Balls is asleep on the bed oblivious to my prancing around the house in excitement

cozietoesie · 02/01/2018 18:35

Good for you! Smile

Ollivander84 · 02/01/2018 18:37

I have made a coffee in celebration. Balls is asleep on my bed, O is asleep on his bed

cozietoesie · 02/01/2018 18:47

Ho Hum. Smile

Lanaorana2 · 02/01/2018 19:24

Your back will thank you for it too. You want a nice Wine or two with the cats to celebrate.
