Evening all, this is a new thread all about gorgeous Heidi, following on from the thread started by Gatekeeper.

We answered her thread call to give this tiny kitty a new home and we drove from Devon to Durham and back in 24hours to do so...

Now Heidi is settling well at our place after being looked after perfectly by Gatekeeper, and this thread is all about the new life of a very little and brave cat with the bushiest tale known to catkind!

If anyone can link to the original thread it would be much appreciated :)

@LibbyLongtree @TheABC yes we said Maine Coon when we saw the pictures. She's got something, especially regarding her personality so far.

There's loads of long haired tabbies near us but they don't act like she does, especially as she's only just left kittenhood!

She is beautiful, and oh! That floofy tail ❤️

Izzy24 · 27/11/2017 21:15

Lovely pictures.

I thought Maine Coon too from the very first picture on the original thread. She certainly seems to have a MC personality so far!

Happy Days!

Knittedfrog · 27/11/2017 21:32

Lovely, followed and posted on the original thread. Will be following this one. I'm thinking a bit of maine coon.
Has she got tufty bits on the bottom of her paws?

Bumblina · 27/11/2017 21:35

gorgeous girly, she's going to be lots of fun in her new family :)

haggisaggis · 27/11/2017 21:38

She’s certainly got the Maine Coon tail! Chatty personality seems to go with the breed too. And tufty ears! She’s gorgeous.

YesItsMeIDontCare · 27/11/2017 21:40

I read the other thread with a little something in my eye.

She's certainly a beautiful floofball.

A wonderful tale for a wonderful tail!

StewPots · 27/11/2017 21:42

I'm so pleased she has settled so well, she is such an adorable girl and she has fallen right on her floofy feet. Thank you x 1000000 Stew and Mr Stew xxx

PunkrockerGirl59 · 28/11/2017 06:19

She's beautiful and I'm glad she's settling in so well. Look forward to hearing how she gets on with the Christmas tree Smile

cherrycola2004 · 28/11/2017 06:42

She's gorgeous so glad she has settled well Smile

sashh · 28/11/2017 06:54

Lovely update.

Her colouring is identical to my Mistyness, she was a stray so not idea of heritage but I suspect some bengal in her, she is my shadow unless there is a male visiting, then she is a floosy.

ferrier · 28/11/2017 06:58

She does have all the nfc characteristics too - friendliness, laid back, floofy, chirruping, constantly vocal. Does she sleep up on your heads in the bed? That seems common too.

ferrier · 28/11/2017 06:59

^^ Is an image of differences.

StewPots · 28/11/2017 07:42

Morning all! Well she was a little calmer last night, slept/chilled out for longer periods but she does have a loud yowl when she wants :) to be fair she woke me up from a few crappy dreams Grin

She's eaten LOADS this morning, meaowing like a goodun round my feet for food at 7am. She's currently snuck off downstairs into DDs room, who is meant to be getting ready for school but instead is obviously snapchatting away HmmSmile

So another good night. I'll try and put more pics up :)
