Currently in the middle of making arrangements to meet - he's a breed rescue - and yet to check over the house for 'breakability' issues etc. (He's only young - and it's a good few years since I had a cat that could potentially leap living with me.)

Yikes!!

Cozie you could write books about the antics of your Siamese cats!

cozietoesie · 06/08/2017 20:28

DBro asks timidly (these days) if he can speak to Him.

I bark back 'No'. Smile

I have to say that I worry a little about the temperature for him. I never had to for Seniorboy because he was always burrowed in on top of his electric blanket.

But this one.............(And it's not a warm summer here.)

I'm saying nothing apart from I just tucked Ollies legs in his bed and popped his personalised blanket over him Blush

You should be able to see a wee face peeking from the half-landing trying to see if The Creature was coming upstairs (I was) or if it was safe to go to the kitchen and find his nosh.

Ooh, 10 green bottles. Gin Hic!

Userwithoutaname · 06/08/2017 22:27

Beautiful!! Smile

cozietoesie · 06/08/2017 22:30

He's a chocolate point but much darker than Seniorboy. Both his parents were sealpoints so it's not surprising - and Seniorboy spent so much of his time at over 80 degrees (or thereabouts) that he was a pale lad even in his later years. This one hasn't discovered BED yet. Smile

He is extremely beautiful.

The day Newboy discovers BED will be The Litter tray's prime red-letter celebration. Maybe Ollie Mcat LittleM** and my old gimmer could offer web-based tutorials.

Ollivander84 · 06/08/2017 22:53

Ollie cat has been on the bed ALL day. It seems to involve lots of resting head on the pillows and sighing

Lanaorana2 · 06/08/2017 23:01

That's the proper Sunday spirit :) Mr C ditto, clamped to my side on the sofa.

Kibobear · 07/08/2017 01:35

Ooooh a picture!!!!!! So excited!!!!

Guiltypleasures001 · 07/08/2017 01:51

Is nobody going to mention the fact there appears to be a sideways dancing man with old style crampons on his feet at the top of the stairs ?

Lovely cat btw 😁

cozietoesie · 07/08/2017 10:20

A large painting. Smile it was waiting to be hung but now - turned sideways and leaning against the wall - it forms one of Newboy's hiding places so has to stay as is for the time being. (He thinks I don't know about it.)

We've all been there, so to speak.

I'm not allowed under the sofa or by the lamp in the sitting room, that's Mr C's personal area. Nuisance when I have to change the bulb, but I am allowed, with terrific supervisory disapproval, to hoover once in a blue moon.

How was last night? I fell asleep face down in Mr C and got bitten at 3am.

cozietoesie · 07/08/2017 15:54

He likes to come into the bedroom to explore as soon as the light goes out. Otherwise, fairly quiet. Smile

I noticed something interesting last night.

I've started sleeping in the extreme six inches of the bed again. Instinctively - my body is just doing it in my sleep. Even though Newboy doesn't come to bed. Grin

Ooh!! A photograph at last! He's very dark chocolate, beautiful! And that inquisitive little face!

Grin at dancing crampon man guilty. I thought the design on the wallpaper made it appear that Newboy has the body of a sausage dog!

Oldraver · 07/08/2017 18:15

I thought the picture was two deer...erm being together

To be fair I didnt have my glasses on

Lanaorana2 · 07/08/2017 21:50

The six-inch rule is back in force, eh.

Mr C is deranged for food, all today again....we're a single-issue household right now:

'Mao' 'For the 10000th time No More Felix' 'Mao' Never met such a naughty cat in all my born days' 'Mao' 'No, it is not snack time' 'Mao' 'don't lie to me, it's only 620' 'Mao' 'I am not getting up' 'Mao' 'I am watching the sodding Simpsons' 'Mao' 'You are not neglected' 'Mao' 'You know perfectly well I feed you' 'Mao' 'That is not a nice thing to say. I do love you' 'Mao' 'Six meals a day is plenty for a small cat' 'Mao' 'I might see my way to a chew stick' Mao 'Where are my shoes then oh you're sitting on them'

prettybird · 07/08/2017 22:45

I'm soooo glad that our cats have got are used to "continuous feed", where they usually have dried food down at all times although we do get delegations when ds forgets to top them up Wink

cozietoesie · 07/08/2017 23:17

Newboy would eat everything in one go. Grin
