I can't post any new pics because my phone memory is full. I have 9gigs of photographs. I estimate 85% of them are of the cats- none can be deleted because they're ALL adorable

I need to do something though, my instagram account is all cat people and my followers are questioning the lack of cat updates! (I've gone Full Cat Lady, haven't I?)

I think Ollie is wishing I would stop cuddling him so he could snooze but he's got his chin on my arm and is purring away very sweetly

Here's Zara being dumb sweet and gorgeous as per usual. She didn't see the tiny sweet kitten she's afraid of yesterday, so she's quite pleased. We're having a hot spell in North Wales and the girls are loving it.
In human news, wish me luck. I applied for my dream job in my home city yesterday. I badly want to move close to my friends and family, for my mental and physical health, and this is literally the ideal lectureship at my ideal institution. Plus if I get it, the cats are getting a house .

Dcat Smoky fluffy belly fell asleep a bit too deeply on the windowsill above my bed and fell off onto my head at three in the morning. I think both of us got the shock of our lives.

Thank you , they are 9 months, and I adore them in the true meaning of the word, sadly this is not reciprocated, though Sapphire did sleep in my legs for a bit last night, I almost didn't breathe but she still slinked off. They are munching around outside in the sun now, after a fairly hearty breakfast.

They are 3/4 burmese and 1/4 chartreuse, which is a french cat supposedly kept by monks as they were quiet and grey, like the monks' cowels. However they are both noisy especially in the mornings if breakfast isn't happening fast enough.

Crazycat keeps waking me at 5 to go out. Fortunately I got back to sleep today. She's been very affectionate - I've got a cold and almost lost my voice! - which has confused her no end!

Cat sitter text to say Daph was fine last night and this morning im tempted tontell the flatmate to open the doors back way if hes not going out. What do you all think?

Having been a devoted cat slave for years I've joined the dark side and have now become a dog owner with no cat at present. The dog in question is however a whippet which is basically a very large cat that chews everything he can get his paws on.

Meanwhile my cat is basically a very small dog who loves nothing more than going out for walkies!

My big handsome lad Tetley has just gone for a stalk around the garden. Bloody cat has slept all day. My new baby (Stella the Burmese) will be coming to live with us in 2 weeks. Excited? Just a little bit!
