Help!
Went to walk dogs at Alderly edge . Our sons beagle has run off . A farmer had his shot gun out somewhere miles away and it's spooked her.
Spent 3 hours looking for her but have had to come home with the grandkids
Can anyone help either with vets numbers or Facebook
I'm not on Facebook
Grandkids are so upset and so am I tbh
We live 20 mins away in the car so are going back after kids are fed

Clean bill of health! Had jabs, go back in 4 weeks. Apart from tiny cuts on her ears from brambles , nothing.
The vet was in awe.
She's back to howling and attempting to jump at cars 😂

Just go to shows that we view our dogs as reliant on us when in fact they can cope quite nicely on their own when needed. The sheep thing is unbelievable!! That's probably how she avoided getting caught for so long, she was part of the flock. I'd love her to be able to tell you the whole story!

Aww, glad she's been OK-d by the vet. And that she has indeed reverted back into 'pet' mode.

I've bought a sheep toy for Christmas for her .
Both dogs met for the first time today , now considering these 2 are best mates, when the beagle was running free and they saw each, nothing. No recognition.
Today , sniffed at each other then beagle jumped my dog and play commenced .
Beagle has bad farts from eating whatever for the past near 3 weeks . She can now clear a room. Quickly.
But she follows you farting so you can't escape .

I am so happy for you. I’m part of a dog trapping team and I know that the worst feeling in the world is when they are half in that trap but not enough to be caught! Sitting watching on the camera as they managed to do everything but set the trap off it’s just so frustrating!

It took seconds. Went to the crate , she sniffed us and then howled! The best sound every, tail was wagging.
I've asked my dog to ask the beagle what really happened😂
My dog looked at me with a head tilt and snorted. Think she understood the mission.

Congratulations, didn't she do well keeping healthy for such a remarkable length of time.

To make her really happy you are probably going to have to get her a bowl of sheep poo for Christmas.

I'm doing a fancy scrap book thing for Christmas for them.

The names for all the characters are places around the edge .

She's doing brilliantly thank you for asking. Eating like a horse , but now cutting the food amount back down. I see her nearly every day and when I walk through the door i get aaawwwoooo and her little tail wagging so fast and she stamps her paws . What a welcome.

Just thought I would give you a little update.
We had a lovely Christmas and beagle loved her sheep toy.
She's been back to the vets for more injections and worming. Pads are healed.
She is now back to having her walks. She got a new harness for Xmas with catch me if you can down the side of it 😂
No off lead.
Never taking her back to alderley edge.
