Help!
Went to walk dogs at Alderly edge . Our sons beagle has run off . A farmer had his shot gun out somewhere miles away and it's spooked her.
Spent 3 hours looking for her but have had to come home with the grandkids
Can anyone help either with vets numbers or Facebook
I'm not on Facebook
Grandkids are so upset and so am I tbh
We live 20 mins away in the car so are going back after kids are fed

I'm at work till 9pm and then on call. We are to stay away and only scent leading up to the trap and wait for the cameras 😩

Hoping that no news is good news despite another troll telling my dil the dog is dead!
Info came through that possibly the dog has wandered away. So another trap is being set near where some sheep have been acting odd.
It's yet again an open field with wooded area , so today off to speak to the farmer about accessing his land.
We have tried to be polite and enquiry's each location who owns land and get permission. I don't want shooting by an irate farmer! Luckily most of the locals know who owns what.
Will keep you posted if any news.

My DH and I keep checking in in hope of good news.
I’m so sorry she’s still out there. I can’t even imagine what you are all going through, especially with the weather taking such a turn for the worse.
Also cannot believe how utterly vile some people can be.
We live in the south east so nowhere near you unfortunately, otherwise would offer help in any way possible.
We’re keeping everything crossed your pup will be back with you soon.

She's slowing down which makes her easier to catch as more likely to make a mistake. I'm still waiting to hear and can't phone . Sound may scare her off.
It's all good signs . She was seen by 2 separate people trotting about the fence line.
So cameras , traps , lie and wait.
