No. But he’s up there as soon as we leave the room anyway.

ChardonnaysPrettySister · 03/10/2017 15:44

Big yes here.

Nice to cuddle when watching something horrible and always handy to hoover up any crumbs that may have fallen down.

Seeyamonday · 03/10/2017 15:45

Only place she's not allowed is on our bed, she's a long tall Skinny Greyhound, she likes snuggling on the sofa.

LaurieFairyCake · 03/10/2017 15:46

Yes, but we have a brand new sofa so one corner of it has a rug on it for her - she’s so good she never goes on the other bit Grin

JaimeLannister · 03/10/2017 15:47

Yes, she can go anywhere she wants!

Judashascomeintosomemoney · 03/10/2017 15:49

Only when we say so. They would never get up uninvited. I love a mid afternoon cuddle on the sofa when I’m taking a break from the ironing or cleaning! Sadly the vet says our old girl mustn’t get up anymore as it’s no good on her joints jumping back down again. We get on the floor and cuddle her on her bed! Smile

chipsandpeas · 03/10/2017 15:49

yip mine are allowed

BiteyShark · 03/10/2017 15:49

Yes but it’s leather so easy to wipe down.

Iamagreyhoundhearmeroar · 03/10/2017 15:50

Gorgeous Scottie, Laurie

Headinthedrawer · 03/10/2017 15:51

Thanks-I'm going to use this to convince DH.

Not downstairs, no.

OldGirl sleeps on the upstairs sofa. YellowBoy comes up onto that sofa for a group hug when invited.

Headinthedrawer · 03/10/2017 15:52

Laurie...those ears!❤

Ddog2 says dogs on sofas is a great idea. But it is Very, Very Unfair that she is not allowed to sleep on the sofa at night.

Dogs on sofas?
SDTGisAnEvilWolefGenius · 03/10/2017 15:54

Sorry - there was supposed to be a photo with my last post.

Cracklesfire · 03/10/2017 15:54

Yes! But I'd only ever have a leather sofa with dogs. Nothing better than when DS naps and I get the big blanket out and cuddle up with the dogs and cats watching rubbish tv.

SDTGisAnEvilWolefGenius · 03/10/2017 15:55

Oh. Not sure what happened there - first there was no picture in my first post, and then, lol and behold, there it was, proving me wrong.

BiteyShark · 03/10/2017 15:56

Shhhh don’t tell BiteyDog but we are thinking of getting him his own sofa to sleep on for the kitchen Grin

SDTGisAnEvilWolefGenius · 03/10/2017 15:57

lol and behold, dammit, not lol.

I give up.

Santawontbelong · 03/10/2017 15:57

Def not allowed.
1 is too big
1 is too hairy
And 2 are too boney. .

SDTGisAnEvilWolefGenius · 03/10/2017 15:57

Lo and behold. Not lol.

Headinthedrawer · 03/10/2017 15:59

Yep, but only on the sofa with the throw on and only when she's clean and dry.

abbey44 · 03/10/2017 15:59

Yes, my two have their own sofa. I've got lots of cheap Ikea fleece throws to use as covers as they're easy to wash.

Headinthedrawer · 03/10/2017 16:01

We need a new armchair.Maybe I'll get a 2 seated instead just for me and the dog.

MrsJayy · 03/10/2017 16:03

No he got very defensive so he now isn't allowed saves any grief although the hairy patch on our 2 seater says different he obviously goes up when we are not in
