I'm feeling rather sorry for some of the puppies.

Those two men who have Stewie really need to get a grip. A dog like that jumped on my dog's face and my dog snapped back. Of course it was all my dogs fault. Can you tell I am a bit sensitive??

I like Jack. Although I think in the background his Dad is helping

Terrible accident that Collete had, really feel for her but why is she trying to train her own assistance dog, with no experience!

Why is someone with no experience trying to train a dog!!

It costs £1000's to train an assistance dog!

Do Stewie's owners realise that he's not a child?!!

Yes and why does it cost so much, because it takes time and experience. The women with a disability hasn't even had a dog before, so it's unlikely she will be able to train her dog to assistance dog standard. She could end up in a worse position than she explains she's in now.

No they dont, they have already said they want to be proud parents!

I didn't mean to watch this...poor Byron. Granny seems kind - he'd be better off with her.

Interesting regarding spending time with owner - despite the fact she isn't good he clearly will really miss her. She doesn't deserve him tbh.

I've watched both episodes with interest (and total horror). This programme shows very clearly that most dog problems are caused by useless owners.

I am really hoping that Byron especially is rehomed to someone who deserves him.

Apart from the confidence, how does Lola actually "assist"?

I hope the lady with Byron is ashamed of herself with the way she is with that poor puppy.
And as if she said to her kids that he was going to the puppy farm in the sky. Outrageous.

I hope this doesn't give people the idea that training an assistance dog is easy....or that you dont need any experience

Whitegrenache - I think her owner mentioned in the last episode about Lola being able to pick things up for her and fetch things.

I want to hit that horrible cow of Byron's owner - "he's not part of the family. He's a dog". "No I don't love him. He's a dog"

Many people do love their dogs and think they're part of the family!

I hope she watches this back and is bloody ashamed of herself
