Worst programme ever?

I was in by myself last night and wanted something easy to watch so I tried that new Murder in Benidorm series on C5. OMG - what a load of drivel. Makes Death in Paradise seem like a Dicken’s adaptation. Bad acting and ridiculous plot (and I do watch some crap!).
What was John Hannah thinking taking the lead role? I got about halfway through and turned it off & went to bed in disgust!

Sally Lindsay is such a terrible actress I don’t know how she keeps getting work, although I believe she writes this one so that’s probably why in this case. As you say, absolute drivel.

Hairdresser murders / mysteries with Sally Phillips is quite good. The policeman is very easy on the eye

Oh that is just cheese on toast, but I do like Shayne Ward! The will they/won't they between him and Catherine Tyldesley is really annoying though.

I love her as Stacey but as herself she just doesn't stop talking! Doesn't even stop for breath half the time!

As with Alf Garnett on Till Death Us Do Part, much to the horror of Johnny Speight and Warren Mitchell, I believe.

We like a true crime show but Murder by the Seaside and Cruise Ship Murders were abysmal
