Welcome to Thread 4 of Traitors 2026.

This thread runs at TV pace so do not read any further if you are not up to date with the live broadcast.

3 candidates for face-to-face murder tonight - Maz, Reece and Sam. Who will it be?

I (respectfully!) disagree but tbh I think it's all moot. It's not Rachel v Fiona. Rachel is in the spotlight when she wasn't before mainly because of Fiona.

It may be Rachel and Fiona trying to convince the rest of the group that the other is a traitor. The others will have to think about whether they believe Fiona that Rachel was lying.

I know many on here aren't fans of Rachel, but we've heard at least one player say how popular she is in the castle. But it also seems like Fiona is popular, or at least, trusted.

But tonight Amanda shooed one of the males ‘insert name here as i can’t remember who’ to speak to Rachel and he left without asking why, same as Reece, so I wonder if it’s something they’re told might happen for filming- you have to leave if someone asks you to?

I’m amazed that Harriet has survived so far, considering she now has the “clever” label - most traitors aim early for anyone they perceive as too clever. That said their choices were limited in the early days.

Did Ed Gamble keep saying how good looking Sam is because he fancies him, or because he looks like him?

100%. They should be highly suspicious.

Faithful just don’t behave like that: going at a suspected traitor. Because they’re not so sure of themselves and, even if they strongly believe they’re correct, they know they’ll likely get murdered.

I vote for a separate thread for these speculations, as it’s driving me bananas.

I think the traitors would like to murder her, but the faithfuls like her so she doesn't appear on the long list when it's a group task. But then they haven't tried to banish her, so who knows...

Richard Osman has said in his podcast that the production won’t leave in any speculation about traitor ethnicity/sex etc. So if it is ever mentioned we don’t see it in the final edit.

I think Jade and Jack are brother and sister.

If you look at their profile photos on the BBC Traitors page you can see they look really alike. The colouring. The eye shape. The lips.

Maz and Fahaaz father and son.

Amanda and Reece mother and son.

Stephen and Matthew are partners.

Despite thinking Amanda and Reece could be mother and son, I think Sam looks quite like Amanda. Maybe they’re brothers 🤣

Well, I guess that as the game has new twists and turns every season, it's quite possible that dodgy set-ups could happen even before the traitors officially starts.

I think the only way for Rachel to get out of this now is to say to Fiona at the roundtable:
"Either it's your ego making you jealous
Or you and Jade are both traitors and you're trying to get the heat off her by turning it round at me."

Fiona would likely deny it's an ego thing and get banished.

I've seen her with her arm around Reece though and I think also Matthew. I've certainly seen Matthew's arm around Amanda.

Amanda is a friendly, matter-of-fact middle-aged lesbian; young men are likely to feel comfortable with her being physically affectionate with them.

I think it's because it's so very true. In previous series, it's always really annoyed me when other family members don't know who is who. But boy, this year I'm stumped!
It's Adam, Matthew, James and Jack that I couldn't pick out of a line up i bet Amanda couldn't either

The image above is helpful ish, although no baseball cap and one of the Interchangeables wears one!

Anyway, loving this thread (perhaps more than the show!)

@Foxybyname I’m hoping Jessie will do a Maddie and go round the entire roundtable with her verdict on who’s faithful or traitor.

Yeah, can someone enlighten me please. Does Reece actually realise that he was near stephen and rachel and then red dots appeared. Has he actually consciously put two and two together or is it just that WE, the audience. who think he should say something because WE saw it ?
