I knew Keye was a bit problematic when he was announcing the fact he was a 6 figure earner. Because it’s him people found it cute and funny, but it was actually quite boastful and cringe IMO. Davide is super humble and down to earth. It’s an interesting pairing.

I don’t think any of the other couple stand a chance. I think the penny is finally dropping for Becca that being with a man who has kids can be tricky.

Catgate made me laugh - I am allergic to cats and don't mind them BUT sitting in a dingy basement with the cats meowing about wouldn't be my idea of a nice surprise either. Keye was a bit dramatic but was triggered - maybe he was a mouse in a previous life?! Top marks for the filming and editing though - those cats looked like they were wondering what was going on! 😹

Just catching up this morning. I really felt for Keye being sat among the cats, looking frightened. I'd be the same. Being afraid of dogs seems more acceptable for some reason, but cats really worry me with their unpredictability. In fact, Keye did say they might rip his face off.

And now I'm laughing because there's an advert for Cats' Protection in the very next break.

They were in a cat cafe when he freaked out and apparently his three cats had been staying with Davides ex during the MAFS process. That’s why they weren’t at his house I guess.

I was wondering if there were just too many pussies in the flat so Davide went for more cats at the cafe.

Ahh, the mention of Davide's ex might have been the real trigger. I think Keye is very very sensitive to any "outsiders". I did wonder if the lesbians had somehow triggered him by being too friendly with Davide, but if the ex was mentioned in relation to cats I suspect that's the real reason he flipped.

Didn’t Keye say before the wedding that he had been married to someone very rich and older, he does come across as very spoilt and it would make sense he’s a snob / social climber and even when someone lovely and good for him like Davide is on offer he can’t help but revert to type.
I felt like you could see D’s nerves and feelings of inadequacy which was sad.
Also agree that D having to run to K and K getting what he wants was wrong.

Yeah I was in his social media this morning and he did claim the fact the cats were linked to his ex did have an impact on his reaction!

I can imagine he feels like he needs to be clear he isn't into cats if the ex loves them; clearly needing a bit of reassurance too as he is almost comparing himself and checking Davide still likes him despite him not liking cats.
I think both of them have a lot of issues from their exes, so it's nice to see them being kind and coming back together after these flip outs.
