I just checked and Harry voted for Zack in the round table where Anthony was banished so it wouldn't immediately make sense that a couple of days later he confided in him believing him to be faithful.

Zack is gonna work this out 😃

Harry is doooooomed

theconfidenceofwho · 21/01/2024 00:38

I think Zack will work it out too & Ross will work with him to bring Harry down!

Christmasnutcracker · 21/01/2024 01:54

AfraidToRun · 20/01/2024 11:43

what happens if there is only 2 left, one traitor and a faithful, they'd be no majority vote so does the faithful just accept defeat?

In this situation, they have to ask them if they are sure there are no traitors left. If the faithful answers they are sure the two remaining are both faithfuls, then the traitor wins.

Christmasnutcracker · 21/01/2024 02:03

I have no faith in Ross's skills. I think he is a terrible judge of character.

Zak is the only faithful left there who can work it out. The problem is he's isn't particularly likeable. Part of being a successful faithful (and traitor) is being likeable. (that rings true in all people who have to work within and with teams in any workplace). If not liked, you won't ever have people on side and on your side.

Andrew is terrified and can't trust anyone. Mollie/Charlie/Evie all blur into one another and their names have never come onto the table because they are sheep like and can be easily influenced and aren't smart enough to be threat. The faithfuls who are left at the end in past series are usually the sheep like people.

I really disliked Paul and his shifty eyes. I have to say that Harry has played a blinder and Paul should have realised he was underestimating him when he took down Jonny, He has to stop being so cocky though because the spotlight will land on him too soon otherwise.

Christmasnutcracker · 21/01/2024 03:00

I meant Jaz not Zak!!! Jaz is the smart one in there!!!!

Hellogoodbyehello4321 · 21/01/2024 03:21

I'm not convinced Zak will work it out or be suspicious of Harry telling him about the shield. They seem to have had a moment (can't remember which episode but one of the last 2) where Zak said something like weirdly now Harry I think you are one of the few people I trust now.

I feel like I watched a different episode to few people on here - people saying Jaz, Zack and Evie are on to Harry, but we saw Zack and Evie completely dismiss Jaz's suspicions.

Zak can be clever but is equally rubbish at times - he was instrumental in the vote against Anthony as an example, and Anthony was smart, and one of the few people who was questioning Paul based on the logic of the dungeon situation.

I agree. IMO Zak throws out so many names that at some stage, the production team can take one of his suggestions and manipulate it so it appears to the viewers that that is the main name on his lips.
I think the others dismiss him because of this.

Jaz is the only person who has worked it out but as I said above he isn't likeable enough to be able to influence the group.

AnImaginaryCat · 21/01/2024 07:02

I don't think "put her in her place' is a phrase that is normal in a board game. You might use thing like "get rid of" or "remove"

It's not phrase used about a person you feel equal with anyway. It's used about someone you feel you have unwavering upperhand (therefore power over) and they are not behaving as you want them too. (Like saying someone is "getting above their station".) Its also not exclusively sexist language Certainly a man might use it about another man (or a woman use it) but it would be when that man he feels the other man should have less power than him (based on age or race or nationality or, in England, perceived class) than him. Whether it unconscious or conscious. (Personality I don't think anyone is being consciously sexist or racist in this series- but I think it is occurring.)

Anyway, it'll be interesting to see what made Ross angry. Was it the sexist language beimg used about his mum or because he didn't like hearing his mum was purposely selected. Even though he should have known that already - hearing it brought the reality. He really is a "nice but dim" soul isn't he!

I mean he was talking (in the yellow chair) about seeking his revenge on "them". So unless Andrew spells it out to him that he wasn't a traitor at the time Andrew is part of the revenge plan.

Ross, nice but always at a loss. 😀

pretty sure Ross did ask Andrew when he was recruited so he knows it post-dates Diane’s murder.

This is a good question actually, if they were both just accusing each other of being a traitor how would it ever end? No one would get the money?

AnImaginaryCat · 21/01/2024 07:16

He did (in the tower) but then used "them" in the yellow chair (after the tower) when talking about revenge.

Do people really think Evie, Charlie and Mollie are all alike? I don't see any likeness, either physical or personality, other than they're all young and white and they've all got long blond hair.

To me they're as alike as Brian, Johnny, and Ross (young, white with short dark hair).

I wouldn't group mollie in, no. But surely you can see the similarities between Charlie and Evie?

And yeah, at the beginning I did mix up the likes of Ross Brian Johnny Harry etc!

WhereAreWeNow · 21/01/2024 07:57

I really can't see it with Evie and Charlie @herewegoroundtheblueberrybush
They both look really different to me apart from being blonde. Totally different personalities and accents too.
Charlie really irritated me but I'm rooting for Evie.
Charlie was totally clueless but Evie is smart.

DontBeAPrickDarren · 21/01/2024 07:59

I have no recollection of a Brian 😆

Octosaurus · 21/01/2024 08:03

I think two traitors will make it to the final but neither Ross or Andrew trust Harry after what he's done with the other traitors so they know he'll go steal and they'll also go steal because it's the lesser evil of their options!!

Also they're hamming up the Ross Diane vengeance but surely he's taking that way too personally and he should be happy to still be in!

Foo2 · 21/01/2024 08:06

Brian was the one that unravelled at the round table and talked himself into being banished over whether he was a sheep or not.

thevegetablesoup · 21/01/2024 08:12

I agree that's it's very easy to tell the three blonde women apart.

Funny that there are accusations of misogyny on here but lumping three very different women together cos they all have long blonde hair is ok....!

QueenOfThorns · 21/01/2024 08:14

Choux · 21/01/2024 00:14

I just checked and Harry voted for Zack in the round table where Anthony was banished so it wouldn't immediately make sense that a couple of days later he confided in him believing him to be faithful.

But he could just say that he was testing them. And then, when there was no murder, he could say that they’ve proved themselves to him.

TweeBee · 21/01/2024 08:14

When Aubrey was on Uncloaked, he said that Diane had sent a photo of her and her son at Christmas and that’s how he found out Ross was her son.
i thought that this was on the whole Traitors what’s app group rather than just between Diane and Aubrey, so I’m not sure that it will come out during the show at all.
If Diane told me to not mention it, I certainly wouldn’t!
I suppose perhaps the producers thought it would come out and be a source of drama, but they can’t make Ross say it. The problem for Ross is that, like in series 1, if you reveal you’ve been keeping a secret, people will think you’re untrustworthy and a traitor.

thevegetablesoup · 21/01/2024 08:15

Also Evie is Scottish and Charlie was from Bristol so you can't get much more different in terms of accents. Or are people ignoring what they say and just going off their looks?

FiveFoxes · 21/01/2024 08:22

DontBeAPrickDarren · 21/01/2024 07:13

Andrew couldn't wait to say he was recruited when Ross came into the turret. It clearly showed how Andrew thinks about being a traitor - he didn't want this roll, and has been forced into it recently.

I'm not sure Ross took that in though.

anyoneanyoneanyone · 21/01/2024 08:25

Harry's smart move was convincing Andrew to pick Ross as a traitor. he knows Jaz is onto him and knew Jaz also suspects Ross so i think he's going to try and throw Ross under Jazs bus now

NonPlayerCharacter · 21/01/2024 08:29

Evie and Charlie do look similar. Mollie doesn't look like them.

herewegoroundtheblueberrybush · 21/01/2024 08:31

Lolling at the idea of misogyny because my brain struggles to remember people's names in a large group of people I do not know and only see brief snippets of whilst watching a tv game show 😅

I also think people getting het up about Harry's turn of phrase about Diane are making an issue where there isn't one. He's playing the role of a traitor, he said it in a traitory way. It's a game.
