I'm really loving all the interior decor in these Scottish properties this week. If Scottish weather wasnt so bad, I might consider moving up there! I do think the Scots are more friendly than the English 😉

Small bathroom is nothing

Some beautiful flats this week. Will be hard for the couple with the baby lugging everything up and down the stairs. Not sure why they showed the couple with the woman who has ME a house that needed renovation.

Nothing to do with houses but both women buyers have beautiful skin.

To be fair at the start they did say they were ok with a house that might need some work because she said they wouldn't do it themselves. So presumably pay someone to do it

Gorgeous flats in Edinburgh!!

Can't believe those properties were all called flats! I mean, quite a few of them were bigger than my house ffs 😳

Plus, several of them had stairs. A flat for me is exactly that, "flat" ie all on one level (but not a house as that would be a bungalow) without any stairs.

Stairs inside the actual property I mean. Not just leading up to it.

The price of them though! Over 350k for flats that don't even have their own gardens! Yes, they are very nice inside but not 350k + nice!

I thought the couple with the baby were daft buying the flat without a garden. The Mexican lady spoke with a hint of a Northern Irish accent, probably her dh's NI accent rubbed off on her. Cute.
I'm so glad the other couple got the house of their dreams.
So many of those homes turned into flats. Somebody made money on them!

Yes I found her mixed accent really hard to understand actually, but such nice eyes!

And in fact unless I'd known she was mexican I honestly would have thought she was Irish!

So many beautifully decorated houses on the show last night! I especially liked the third house that Maria and (?) looked at where they thought there'd be an awful lot of interest.

That bit is complicated but once the offer is accepted it’s much simpler and faster to complete than in England and gazumping doesn’t really happen. So swings and roundabouts!

Isn't there an advantage to the Scottish system though? Something like if you agree a sale, you put down your deposit straight away and both parties fully committed.
