I have decided Floor Manager Guy looks a bit like Sid Owen's hidden handsome brother.

I like the idea that Sid Owen has a handsome, more talented brother whom he keeps locked away like The Man In the Iron Mask. It's probably true. In one of those Eastenders-like railway arches to make it more poetic.
