I got food poisoning from well cooked chicken last year so I'm paranoid about it now, I wouldn't have went anywhere near it.

That plate looked dry as hell, and pouring red wine over it didn’t improve it much. The potatoes looked nice though, like the top of a Lancashire hotpot.

Me too with the chicken poisoning but tbf it wasn’t ‘well cooked’. It was a deliveroo KFC, so I had it coming. It put me out of action for 7 days. Rotten.

We made wraps so chicken was browned then cooked in the sauce for ages as I was always careful with chicken anyways so I think it went off before I froze it or when it was defrosting. So I only buy fresh chicken when I want to cook it that day now.
