For the love of cheese - come on and vote mumsnet we cannot let Matt Hancock win I’m a celeb. He will be all over our tv about how the British public have forgiven him and this has been part of his redemption.

Not condoning BG behaviour either but he served his time. Matt however has impacted hundreds of thousand of lives and if he wins this will be insufferable as he does the tv circuit telling us all how grateful he is that the British public are still behind him.

@Greenshake you're obviously talking from a position of privilege where Hancock's decision making had no major impact on your life. It did to mine, so yes I do find it distasteful that he is on this show and the same little Englanders who voted for Brexit and Boris will vote for this man to win some shitty show and make him feel vindicated for his appalling behaviour! And yes there are more important things happening that Hancock should be head preparing for than in the jungle eating a kangaroo penis! No wonder the country is in such a mess when we have such low standards for our MPs

I can’t abide Boy George yet something seem to be able to forget what he did? Matt Hancock tried to deal with an unprecedented pandemic the way they thought was right. Would anyone of got that right? Yes he cheated but I can’t dislike him like I do Boy George because at least he realises he did wrong.

He is in the party that have lots of high powered donors involved in the media, of course hes going to win.
Hes already proven himself to be corrupt, surely people already knew this was a done deal for him to do well to try and redeem the party slightly and distract from how badly they are actually doing at running the country.

He can still eat penises so all is forgiven.

If you've watched I'm a Celeb, you'll have clearly seen that's not true. And campmates who hated him as a politician have clearly said that he did respect other campmates.

Why not vote for someone who is honest, warm, natural and kind. Like Jill, Owen or Mike.
