Greys anatomy season 19

Starting on the 26th October but will exclusively be on Disney+.

I noticed that Station 19 is also available on Disney+
I had tried Station 19 once before and wasn't wowed by it, but I'm giving it another go.

Unfortunately I googled a character and saw several huge spoilers on the search page, so I won't be doing that again until I have caught up.

Probably as devastated as the rest of you when I've gone to watch this weeks ep of Greys and station 19 and realised it's on a break until February. What am I going to watch now 😅

Criminal minds is good but can be quite dark. There's about 18-19 seasons as well so there's a lot to watch.

I mean...you could always start with S1 E1 of Grey's again and have lovely lovely Cristina, George and McDreamy back in your life.

I'm not saying I've done that. Nor am I saying I haven't done that...

I do find these ridiculous mid season breaks annoying.

Also, the Disney app is annoying. Really, I don't understand why these services can't take basic lessons from Netflix and Prime. On mine, if I don't watch the bloody credits, instead of offering me a new episode it says, "resume" on the episode I was watching. It's a small thing and a VERY first world problem but drives me mad.

Finally watched the most recent episode. I thought the eptopic storyline was excellent. Much better storytelling and harder hitting than the preaching of the previous episode.

So I definitely didn’t only realise there was even a new series of Greys out when I was on the Telly Addicts topic and saw this thread.

Then I definitely didn’t go straight to Disney+ and binge all 6 episodes in one evening.

Nope. That didn’t happen.

I might also have started season 1 again and watched 4 episodes yesterday...

So will Meredith feature at all in the second half of the season?

I hope it's not a spoiler, but I read before this season started that Meredith would only appear in 8 episodes, but would still do the voiceovers at the beginning and end of other episodes

I agree about Kai, they should ditch that character for sure. And I agree, why is it always the women who are bi, none of the men are. They're all either straight or gay.

I like Nick but god knows why he tolerates Meredith, she shows so little interest in him. And to not even discuss moving with him would be the end for me, if I were Nick.

I love love love Addison and I'm glad about the abortion storyline, it made me cry because it's real, not just for the story, women will die all over America. Fucking supreme court cunts.

The Zola story is irritating too. And Maggie and her dh, boring.

So I used to love Greys, but like many others got bored of it so literally haven’t seen the last few seasons.

which of most recent is worth starting with? Feel like a lot has changed at start of 19… should I watch 18 first, or 17?

wasn’t 16 the weird one? I think 17 was the one during COVID wasn’t it?

Just seen Grey's is back on ABC on 23rd Feb so hopefully will be back on Disney plus not too long after.
