It's like Christmas has come early! It's looks tense from the trailer/advert. So sad it's the last one though-or is it just Perez's last series? Love Tosh. Can't stand Sandy. I'd love to visit up there.

That kiss between Perez and the Nurse was perhaps the least passionate kiss I've ever seen.

I assume that, now they've pointed the finger at Connor for the murder of Bryd, it wasn't him. Artist is clearly shifty.

I think Connor is in one of those blue drums.

The nurse was at Her From Eastenders house to see her mum, wasn't she? I think Connor was supplying drugs to the artist and Her From Eastenders for the mum, somehow involving the waste couple. But Connor was going to... blackmail them all as his book meant he had legitimate means to earn money so no need to run the drugs. Bryd found out. So the waste people and the artist & Her From Eastenders decided to get rid of Connor and Bryd to tody up loose ends.

The American suitcase body is a red (dead) herring.

Perez leaves because he too was underwhelmed by that kiss.

Sandy uses Tosh's caravan related demise and Perez' departure as a catalyst to become a hot shot police detective. He wears the shrunken jumpers and green raincoat as a tribute to his colleagues.

I think she'd been chasing him for a while and he was always too busy. He was just showing willing and she didn't seem to mind.

I think he was just showing he is interested in seeing her after appearing dismissive on previous occasions (cutting the call early when she was going to say something and again at the police station when they arranged meeting later, (but they never say where!) and he didn't appear enthusiastic about it)

I wonder if waste disposal man is part of the drug dealers Connor was trying to get away from?

I'm going to have to resist reading this thread as I'm saving up the episodes for autumn viewing. It's taking a lot of restraint. Maybe I should ask HQ to alert for spoilers.

Should Nurse O'Flirty just be showing up at the police station anyway? He's trying to solve serious crimes, dear. Still, the kiss was a bit of action at last. Perez needs to get on with it. And maybe change out of that grey jumper which does him no favours.

Lloyd is a dodgy as his accent. There's no need for the character to be American- unless he knew Suitcase Man. Either way that actor cannot do any of the US accents he tries. And the fact he's with dodgy teacher/swimmer/Eastenders lady makes him doubly dodgy.

Poor Tosh.

It won't be easy watching the rest of this series if Tosh hasn't survived and I want her sort out that ex girlfriend that's shown up twice now. Hopefully there was a loose window somewhere in that old manky caravan

They’d been on a date and they both knew there was going to be more to things with them. It was just a matter of time before he plucked up the courage to show how he felt.

I forgot it was on last night and saw the post of here which said ˋpoor Tosh´ and assumed we were talking about the flaky boyfriend! Just watched it, but of a shock.

I thought Douggie was looking more portly of both tum and face in the previous series, he’s slightly better again this one. So my soft spot for him remains intact.

In terms of plot, the artist formerly on Casualty is looking overly shifty as is the birdwatcher. So do we think they are leading us astray on purpose with those two?
