What TV series have you just discovered recently that you really enjoy?

Mine is The Big Bang Theory. We never watched it when it was first on, then we saw the odd episode on telly and enjoyed it so we got the box set and watched all 12 series in a couple of months!

It’s so funny, lots of favourite episodes. One of my favourite parts is when Bernadette is talking about being short and she says ‘and that’s why my feet don’t touch the ground when I’m sitting on a chair’. I’m 4ft 11 and very much have this problem

I’ve been watching Yellowjackets on Sky Atlantic and I’ve loved it. Very creepy story about a girls’ high school football team lost in the wilderness in America after a plane crash. Great cast too - Juliette Lewis, Christina Ricci, Melanie Lynskey.

I have just started watching Big Bang theory too. I liked the first episode of The Gilded Age. Total cliche ridden, predictable crap, but pretty to look at.

The mew season of Ozark looks promising

Was recommended it so many times by friends and family, but only decided to start watching it now after reading a thread about it on here. Absolutely love it!!!!

I've just started watching Black-ish on Disney Plus, really enjoying it.

This is Us on Amazon Prime.
We binge watched series 1-5 with 15yo DD from November to January and we were bereft when it finished.
Believable family dynamics involving all generations, intriguing personal secrets and (not always sincere) reconciliation.
And strong black American cultural references.

Now we have to wait for series 6 to be translated into Italian- poor old DH has to put up with subtitles!

I was late to TBBT

One stand out moment for me is when the girls are in Vegas and Amy wants to see the Barry Manilow tribute act. They have those HUUUGE cocktails and Amy says "maybe after these, you'll want to see Barry Manilow" and Bernadette says happily "after these, we'll be DEAD" .

It reminds me of my own trip to Vegas!

Also love all moments with Soft Kitty. And Zazzles.

We were late to the Schitt's Creek party - just started at New Year and are now half way through the last season (6) - it's fabulous. Very, very funny.

@Sgtmajormummy If you like "This Is Us" - I HIGHLY recommend the TV show "Parenthood". It's even better than "This Is Us" and perfect to watch with a teen

I'm really late to it but I recently started watching Line of duty, on season 4 already :)

I’ve just started watching Sequestered and the overacting is bad and it has an over obvious plot but I keep watching anyway. There’s no accounting for bad taste.

Also, Couples Therapy- I’m enjoying this one.

The Detectorists on iplayer. Seen it recommended on here loads of times, it's a lovely, gentle comedy.

Recently started watching Grimm. It's quite good.

I'm ploughing my way through The Good Wife at the moment, I'm on series three, it's good and quite long, looks like 7 series.
