Just read tattler. She has had an expensive bracelet too and people are saying they have gone for a week. I wonder if fans will turn on them soon as all this bragging is rubbing it in to struggling people no matter who paid for it ie. them or c5.

Whilst at the end of the day I'd prefer them to be honest and upfront about the money they make as a result of their social media and other exposure, at the end of the day it's exploitation of their children. Those children cannot give informed consent about their lives being publicly documented.

That goes for all people having their DC on social media though.

Indeed. I always feel especially cross on behalf of the youngest children. Imagine growing up knowing that you were not born out of love but solely because your parents wanted to continue the gravy train and use you and your whole childhood as vlog content.

It seems they are doing well from the TV shows and YouTube and you could say they simply took the opportunity that was offered and made a success of it (and obviously has lots of viewers even if Tattlers are viewing simply to criticise )
but it's silly to pretend that any of the luxuries they're currently enjoying are down to a successful pie shop, or Sue being savvy about how she booked Disney (any 2 week Disney holiday for 26 people is likely to be tens of thousands however you book it!)

The Maldives?! Not many people can afford a trip there at the moment. I saw an article not long ago saying that Sue moaned because she didn't get any holidays. They have just had two weeks in Florida and now they are in the Maldives. Who is paying for this?

To be fair it looks like a proper building so I'd imagine that the walls will be thick enough for it potentially not being too much of an issue - when they are indoors...

However the noise of those hot tubs running and the dogs and kids and teenagers outside must be horrendous. Individually the DC might be not any louder than average, but multiply that average by 10 and the amount of noise/the timescale it's on for must make living in the surrounding houses a nightmare

I hope Channel 5 are reading this - here's a new idea for you. "22 Kids and Counting the Cost to the Taxpayer" - exactly how much has that wretched family (plus assorted grandchildren) cost us all? Meanwhile, the useless pair who started it all are swanning off on luxury holidays.

They're just bellends. Why has no-one exposed them? They're sick. I used to feel sorry for sue, now I just hope she takes him for all he's got.

Also "tattler" is brutal, but has real evidence of so much. I used to like the programmes , then found the vlogs, now I can't watch them.I also didn't know the age gap on 15/16 kids and counting, it's not much...but no-one is getting sued here. It's factually correct and they would get in more trouble than anyone if they would like to pursue it.

Where are this family getting their money?
They have had two trips to Florida, a trip to France, trip to the Maldives and now sue and some of the teens are in New York.

I don't watch them but it popped up on YouTube that some of them are in NY. It's becoming an absolute joke now, we are in a cost of living crisis and they are holidaying every other month,and paying for all of it themselves 🤔

Even several years ago in the early series I was intrigued how they could afford a holiday to Australia for about 20 people, when only 1 of them worked.
I guess maybe the TV programme paid for it but this year they seem to have been away multiple times.
DH has his own business that is doing reasonably well but he'd never be able to take that many holidays and keep up with orders (we definitely couldn't afford to do Disney and the Maldives even for 2 or 4 people) but I suppose YouTube and Instagram must be pretty lucrative.

They went to Australia for the TV show so I am assuming that the TV channel paid for it. Lately though I don't think all these holidays are being filmed for TV.

I don't follow them fully, just catch bits and pieces if it pops up on social media. They brag about everything and get gifted just about everything.
