I made a risotto for tea tonight and managed to spill most of a tub of bouillon powder across the worktop because I didn't make sure the lid was secure before shaking it vigorously to remove lumps. ALAS.

Evening all! After a totally shite day, this (sausage and egg) and no dh (full of snotty cold, so making vile noises) and you lot.
Dd is currently au pairing for a french famille and mentioned I like mc. Mamam was tres disparaging about English mc, as obviously we can’t cook. She obviously doesn’t have mamanet.

DH had similar trauma but he loves the mashed potatoes I make (lumps and all) because they taste like potato and have a metric fuckton of butter in.
