I’m so looking forward to this. Just seen the trailer and can’t wait!

Thanks @Haggisfish I've found it on Netflix. I'll give it a go.

BeHereNowx32 · 24/05/2021 06:40

@ElderMillennial have you seen Catastrophe? Sharon Horgan co wrote and stars in it. It starts off really funny, and it does get a bit dark but I recommend it. Think I will watch it again.

Also, “Working Moms” and “Let Down” (both similar story lines but funny!)

ElderMillennial · 24/05/2021 07:58

@BeHereNowx32 I've seen Catastrophe and the Let Down (I'd forgotten about that one) but not Working Moms.

@Haggisfish

There’s a really good series called uncle. Funny but poignant.
Uncle is excellent! Daisy Haggard is also in a series called Back to Life which is also good.

Has anyone found the Christmas special please?

Has anyone found the Christmas special please?
Sadly not @GlitterBicuits

The pilot is the best episode, I was a bit disappointed when the first series arrived and imo didn’t match up to it. Having said that I have really enjoyed S3 being a bit more sitcom-y, it’s just what I needed at the moment.

I'm really disappointed that cancer crept into it, it's all around me in rl, close people suffering and I find in so many things now one can't escape from it it's a shame for me it can't remain as a comedy space, I enjoyed it but wished we could stick to the lighter topics within it so it's an escape

Babygotblueyes · 26/05/2021 17:42

Does anyone else love the Ann character this season? I think the person playing her is amazing!

Blondeshavemorefun · 26/05/2021 18:09

Yes she’s come out of her shell

Was quiet and worse licking Amanda s1

Now she makes odd sly remarks

Ukholidaysaregreat · 26/05/2021 18:28

OnGoldenPond that is sooo funny - could be an episode!

BeHereNowx32 · 27/05/2021 06:25

@Babygotblueyes yeah, I really liked Ann. Even the faces she pulls are funny. The smile on her face when she was telling Amanda she was pregnant again made me laugh. 😅

Babygotblueyes · 27/05/2021 11:25

@BeHereNowx32 - yes - I have to say I binged and watched to the end and she just gets better and better. I am really glad they developed this character. And all of them really.

lolitalola · 27/05/2021 13:38

@Catmuffin

I love things set in trendy North London. A lot of series seem to be set there such as Behind her Eyes and Too Close. I assumed Julia's clothes are fashionable but not reached where I live yet.
It's set in West London - Acton.
Blondeshavemorefun · 08/06/2021 08:48

Watched last one last night

Rem blondes doesn’t binge

I loved it

After rewatching s1&2 we relieve just how crap Julia’s hubby is

I will support you on whatever you want etc

But never there

Watching 3 I was thinking had she split up with him as lusting and flirting with Garry

And then he turned up at the end

Nice to see Sam shepherd was still about from s2 renting house episode
