Ok. I think he’s Scottish. Over 60. Balding but hair a sandy/ginger/blond sort of colour. Slim, sharp features (I think)
Similar age but not either Bill Paterson or Denis Lawson. I picture him as weary and maybe as an older uniformed police officer. 😩😩😩 Any ideas?

Wouod he have appeared in something like Taggart? You could look for Taggart or Marple on IMDB and look at the photos of the actors to see if you can spot him.
