Good cast. Makes a change from usual crime thrillers.

Just started episode 2. Enjoying so far, but a couple of the characters are annoying arse holes.

It is a little bit dreary at times. However ,
I like the waitress ( she is such a beautiful girl !) and the new mum who seems so happy despite all the angst.
The others are a bit meh.
It was nice to see some more mature actors on the tele as well as the younger ones.

So all of them live in the same converted house?

I like Alison Steadman in this. Victoria Hamilton also excellent.

I like Alison Steadman too, but other actors must think ' it's her again ' ! She does tend to play the slightly older 'mum 'type in things. She does it well, but I bet a few others are peeved they don't get a look in ! I hope she manages to 'break free ' at some stage! She needs to.

On episode 2 now and am assuming that Henry doesn't have cancer and that this is part of his manipulation of everyone?

I'm watching the first episode now. Is David's wife dead and he's imagining her on the bike and in the flat?

I'm enjoying it, I could easily watch episode two but I'm going to watch an episode a night, keep the suspense!!

I love Belle. Great character.
Peter Davidson is quite good in this.
I also like Saira quite intriguing why shes such a stalker..

Is older lecturer with young student supposed to be OK because his wife is dead and she fancies him? Still seems creepy and inappropriate and the student is irritating

I also found the student irritating. I found lots of it irritating and not really getting the point of the baby story. Loving the Belle character though and VH short blonde haircut.

It's terrible, yet I keep watching!

I'm up to episode 6, so nearly finished. Verdict?.Enjoyable piffle.

Up to episode 4 I think. I'll probably finish it this afternoon. The student/waitress has the weirdest plumped up/filled lips I've ever seen... they seem to work independently of the rest of her.

The student/ waitress reminds me of Michelle Keegan for some strange reason! I think she was in No Offence on ch4 too. Love everything Alison Steadman does.She is a national treasure.

Agree about the student's lips! They are horrendous! Feel so sorry for Gail - she looked so happy and free after her makeover then her husband sulks - won't add in the rest in case it spoils it!!

Kelly, who plays David's wife, is Rachael Stirling, Diana Rigg's daughter.

She was excellent in Detectorists. (And Diana played her mum in it as well).

Watching episode two, what's the significance of Gail's necklace please? I missed why she said she keeps touching it

I'm not sure they've told us about the significance of the necklace yet. I'm on Ep 5.
