Gogglebox - how come they can visit family/friends?!

Random thought, just sat watching last nights gogglebox - how come they’re still allowed to visit each other’s houses (those who don’t live together on the show) yet everyone is supposed to be in lockdown and not mixing outside their own household??

Supposed to be a new series in September. A celebrity gogglebox is supposed to start in June

Oh no, a compilation, that's not on! This is my "cheer me up" programme, makes me laugh out loud multiple times unlike most actual comedy programmes.
It was perfect lockdown TV, cheap easy to produce with a never-ending supply of programmes to review.

The last celeb series was really funny but this series isn't as good. Some of the pairings have changed and they aren't as good as in the other series Love Rylan and his mum and Bez/Sean are dead funny. I've watched the Celeb USA version and that isn't very good.

Yeah Daisy is pregnant. She is in the fantastic "This Country" on Bbc one, her dad is in it too.
