Finally got round to watching this, quite enjoying so far although I struggled with the accents initially.
However Tom Hardy who I usually like is driving me mad, he seems so hammy and channelling his Bronson character mated with the Krays a bit too much.
Does he get better?

Tommy’s coughing is a bit of a worry. Also he’s a bit flabbier this series. Definitely think they’re signposting his ultimate demise. Is there another series after this one?!!

There are so many story lines now. The gang stuff is just mad-really wasn’t so long ago either.

Tommy and Arthur both losing control, though don't know if Arthur was ever in control !

I started it but couldn't get past the awful Birmingham accents (Helen McCrory, I'm looking at you).

Then I gave it another go with my critical faculties somewhat suspended and loved it. It's worth persevering.

I don't think Alfie was shot he just clutched his chest because he heard the gun shot and assumed it was him that was hit.
Very intense and very arty episode this series feels a bit different to the previous ones but I'm really enjoying it. God they inhabit such a seedy world.
Michael's wife is definitely up to something but somehow I doubt she'll come out the better for it.
Cillian Murphy is lovely I think he's quite intense he doesn't live too far from me and I've seen him out and about a bit. I've saw him in a play last year called grief is the thing with feathers, he was stunning in it but it was a tough play to watch

I love that he is so quiet and unassuming; him and his wife living a normal life in Ireland and bringing their children up.

Loving Sam Clafin as Moseley, he is vile. Also love Lizzie's put down of him.

I've completely missed the story line as to why Mosley and Tommy are linked.

Can someone please explain it to me.

Tommy is infiltrating Mosley's party as an informer for the Crown (via Ada's boyfriend Ben Younger) to gain more political power for himself and because he understands the dangers of fascism, I think

We are very late to the party. Just on Series 1, last episode to go. DH suggested watching on recommendation of a friend - he is not a TV watcher at all. I am but finding this tedious, slow, not keen on any of the characters. Give me Line of Duty any day
