When is it back? I'm sure I read somewhere that it would be back in April. Does anyone have any theories about the storyline or characters?

The AC12 triumvirate comprising Hastings, Arnott and Fleming will definitely be back.

What about Roz Huntley? and her rather drippy DH ?

Wil Nige feature? and will we find out how and why Maneet was being blackmailed by Hilton?

I can't wait, frankly.

There is definitely something off about the retired police that says he can get Teds money back... ...but then literally no one is who they seem. I'm suspicious of Steve's ex....and just about everyone else in the programme!! I like the twists but feel my brain is not big enough to follow everything about anyone who has been in the last 5 series, even the ones that were bumped off (allegedly)😂😂

Have to watch again with subtitles to be sure I haven't missed anything.

Convinced Ted is being set up. By the end of this series he will be banged up as being Mr Big.

Steve will be retired as back injury will have got worse (foreshadowed last week).

Next series, John will be in AC12. Whole thing will eventually be wound up with Ted exonerated (although maybe dead) and real H revealed, although not necessarily brought to book.

Ted is definitely being set up. In the series trailer, he is seen looking through a cell window - he is on the inside.

I think Kate is going to end up putting him there - but I think he will be innocent.

Lisa is working for someone else i think. She may be under cover or avenging something.

I think corbett is obsessed with bent/straight coppers. Thats why he killed the armed response vehicles.

Dot is alive, and passing info. Cafferty pointed to dot on the table - theres a few people online who have analysed the image.

It HAS to be tied in to Teds lost money - they keep on mentioning it.

At least two people referee to her a 'mixes race's. I thought she could be middle eastern, Greek, or just dark-haired Caucasian so the fact so many people refer to her mixed race seems odd.
Yes, I noticed this too - they wanted us to know and remember 'she is mixed-race'. But I agree she is too old - how much time has passed since Series 1?

I'm quite surprised at the amount of people who rewatch whole episodes to get more clues. I do rewind it if I don't get a bit (or fall asleep ). I have to have subtitles on all the time too. But not rewatch a whole programme. Each to their own I suppose!

I suspect that the issue about Ted's property investment is what is going to get him into trouble, but it'll be a red herring.

Charley you don't know what you're missing. That's what's so clever about LOD, there are clues and hints to the future right from Series 1 but you don't recognise them first off. In retrospect, however, much more reveals itself. It's great fun. Hence the huge amount of speculation.

It seems extremely unlikely to me that H’s real name will actually begin with H - otherwise it’s not much of a secret code name is it? I should say for the record I have no idea who H is, but on that basis, probably not Hastings.

To me it's just too obvious this plays into it.

I hope it's not that Lisais some kind of secret half daughter or sister. Like a pp said, women can sometimes just be criminals without having some kind of justifying sob story. I'd be disappointed if it turned out that that was the case -Jed mercurio usually writes better female characters than that.

I reckon, and it may've been suggested already but....

Ted now has the green light (divorce) to pursue Gill with the Bigbelow, and her with the ex copper property guy will stitch him up to get him back for Ted dobbing her in because of the dodgy file she gave him a while back. He'll be ok tho.

Kate will risk it all and get bumped off as there have been too many slushy happy family scenes already.

Steve will get back with Sam but risk it all by being rogue-not-rogue, slightly bend but not not exactly outside the law type copper.
Sam will have to dob him in.

Something is dodgy with Lise, and Cafferty is mixed up in there with her too.

John will be bumped off just as he foils the whole plot.
