When is it back? I'm sure I read somewhere that it would be back in April. Does anyone have any theories about the storyline or characters?

The AC12 triumvirate comprising Hastings, Arnott and Fleming will definitely be back.

What about Roz Huntley? and her rather drippy DH ?

Wil Nige feature? and will we find out how and why Maneet was being blackmailed by Hilton?

I can't wait, frankly.

Hepzibar I remember that scene from Cracker too, it's one of the most chilling scenes Inhave ever seen on TV.
Christopher Ecclestone wasn't very well known then was he, apart from in Our Friends in the North" ?

Also didn't they miss number 4 out when she was numbering them? I'm sure she said KF1, KF2, KF3, KF5 and the. kF6

I thought this too but DH rewound and pointed out that Kate put KF4 down when the camera was outside the office looking in, so you couldn't actually hear her saying it.

Lisa definitely seems like a copper. I think it is funny how she was shaking like a leaf last week and this week she is hard as nails.

Mini: I think it’s the photo of Dot too for the reason you give.

Kate gets 6 photos (4 from the board and 2 out of the drawer). But she only puts 6 down that are Cole, Prasad, Hilton, Fairbank, Cottan and I don’t know who the other photo is of.

Handsoff - yes bbc has already commissioned series 6. I think that is planned to be the last one and this series was being described (before it started) as going a different way and following organised crime gang - clearly it is still the usual bent copper stuff though and that was a red herring.

I think it was 5 from the board and 1 from the drawer.

Order of picking up was Jeremy Cole, Dot, Manish Prasad, Patrick Fairbank, Hilton, and one from the drawer.

Order on the table was Jeremy Cole, Manish, Hilton on the top row then Fairbank, ? and Dot on the bottom row.

As best I can tell, the yellow background in the mystery photo matches the Ted picture from the old H board.

Sorry. But Mercurio might hate McGovern and despise such shenanigans and cheap shock tactics (here's hoping), preferring strong characterisation to gimmicks.

I do worry about LOD jumping the shark though. Hard to resist turning it up to 11 when there's such a lot of hype. He was on Today, ffs; always a cringe fest when Today does 'popular culture'.

I think we're all being set up to think it's TedFella, but at the end when he's shot dead we'll find out he was innocent.

I don't know if I buy the whole corbett story - why would he put his family at such risk going rogue - even if he finds out who H is how will he know he is telling the right people to take H down.

I'm not convinced Lise is a UCO - seems too obvious. I think she will have some personal reason for infiltrating the gang which she doesn't want them to find out about - hence the nerves. Maybe blames H for the death of someone she was close to and is trying to get to him, or something like that. (Did Cross my mind she might be DCI Gates' daughter avenging his death but probably not enough time has passed since series 1.). It was a bit weird though as last week she was so nervous and subservient ("tell me what I can do to make it right"). But this week, especially the scene with the computer, she was very much in charge.

Why do people still think Lise is undercover? She said something to John early in the episode about she’s put the time in and earnt her place in the gang whereas John has been there less than a year.

Who was it that was giving Steve the instructions for the phone box and what to say?

John seemed to push one of the others out of the way then there was this "wtf / suspicious" look

Then, didn't John basically set that same guy up to be arrested by Arnott with that money situation?

We were lead to believe this was to prove he's not 'bent' to Arnott but was it not really to get rid of the guy in the gang who suspected him of something?

I don't think John can be trusted at all - I think he is rogue and double bluffing

And it's not Ted. No way.

I reckon there is something dodgy with Steve's ex. She didn't look too happy when she got out of the car. And the sudden repentance seems suss to me. Definitely more to that.

I thought that John pushed the other guy during the ambush so that he could aim at the policeman himself and then he missed so as not to kill him. The guy clocked it and was suspicious.

He did stitch him up sending him in with the money to get him out of the way but it was also to prove that Cattherty was bent.
