Masterchef. You don't have to be a serial killer to cook here, but it helps. Thread 2.

Tim survives to kill cook another day. More from him at a later date, but also (thank goodness) from lovely Irini.

Bring on the new victims.

that Stephen fella looks like the sort to start dramatically sobbing over a plum crumble drama during the mass catering task.

RomaineCalm · 20/02/2019 20:58

See you all tomorrow. Don't forget the first aid kit.

Footle · 20/02/2019 20:58

Did I just spot Ping?

Pencilmuseum · 20/02/2019 20:58

we missed out under-achiever's struggle on his/her journey through life on the bingo card

punishmepunisher · 20/02/2019 20:58

Ooh looking forward to the chap whapping a bit of his finger off

jay55 · 20/02/2019 20:58

Clarice aside that was a long wait for a meh episode. Stupid football

dementedma · 20/02/2019 20:59

love Carise

GrouchyKiwi · 20/02/2019 20:59

Ping! I love Ping.

See you tomorrow at whatever time.

SchadenfreudePersonified · 20/02/2019 20:59

Well - I don't like Tattoo Twat - "pinky" FFS!

Grinchly · 20/02/2019 21:00

No, haven't heard of Ron or his alarming sounding Sons of Anarchy, but he may be a dead ringer...
Thinking of maybe a Tory politician from my youth ( when dinosaurs roamed the earth)

OhWhatFuckeryIsThisNow · 20/02/2019 21:00

Don't fret Schad, he's too full of self love to be involved with anyone else.
Yeah, ok. Stephen is a knob, Swiss Tony surprisingly not as much, but Carice was lovely.
Hope tomorrow's are better. Sees ya!

Squooosh · 20/02/2019 21:00

Schaden good luck with your diplomacy talks between warring parishes. I'm not going to lie though, I've seen Midsomer Murders and I fear it will end with someone being clobbered on the village green with a candlestick holder.

Grinchly · 20/02/2019 21:02

Oh a Kitchen AccidentGrin cue lots of holding hand high in air, rushing on of staff, followed by the Blue Plaster anointing.

I liked Ping, so looking forward to tomorrow!

Halsall · 20/02/2019 21:05

I've been forced to look it up and it's definitely at 8pm again tomorrow.

God he has ballooned

Glad it is just not me that noticed. Hope he is OK. I remember him fondly.

Not Michael "LiverLips" Portillo is it Grinchly?

Wolfcub · 20/02/2019 21:23

He is slightly Portilloesque with the shirt

SchadenfreudePersonified · 20/02/2019 21:25

I fear it will end with someone being clobbered on the village green with a candlestick holder.

You fear it, I'm hoping for it! Area Dean - found force-fed with 200 books of Common Prayer in the vestry.

longtompot · 20/02/2019 22:06

Just watched it on catchup. Did anyone else notice Saliha didn't have any of the balsamic and whisky dressing with her scallops. Any idea why? Oh, just thought, is it possibly due to alcohol and her religon?

I really liked Carisse, not sure how many different ways her name was said in this episode though Hmm

iklboo · 20/02/2019 22:51

Saliha didn't have the chicken ballotine either. Just the leeks & parsnip puree.

iklboo · 20/02/2019 22:52

Or the bacon & haggis either. I think she's a Muslim lady so pork products, offal and alcohol would be out.

TheSilveryPussycat · 20/02/2019 22:53

Hi all. I watch Masterchef, but my brain won't let me post on this thread at the same time.

I have now read the thread, with much pleasure, while devouring three-quarters of a pack of Fruit Shortcake biscuits.

SchadenfreudePersonified · 20/02/2019 22:56

You're Living the Dream, Pussycat Grin

DrWhy · 20/02/2019 23:02

My phillistine DH does not appreciate Madterchef so spent this evening watching a program about the building of a new tube line! Fortunately I am on maternity leave so shall watch it tomorrow morning whilst feeding a baby and gazing longingly at the slowly cooling cup of tea just out of reach. I look forward to recognising the pink shirt man, the smug student and maybe a little less to Mr Creosote...

ilovesooty · 21/02/2019 00:56

Just caught up. Football called...

Oh Carise is so lovely. I really want her to do well. The surprise and emotion were genuine.
