Blimey! Watching Sinead with Bertie has absolutely floored me tonight. My twins were born at 33 weeks and my ds was in an incubator for the first week.

Hearing the nurse talk about 'positive touch' and being so frightened when the alarms started going off.

I thought it was really well done.

Aud said her insurance didn't cover dry rot.
I thought Amy was just wearing a lot of lip salve.

Amy would be justified in repeatedly punching Steve for telling all and sundry she was pregnant.

Poor Amy! I hope she does get her pills.

Why don't Sarah and whatshisface sleep at Audrey's house? Surely Audrey doesn't think someone will just fall through the floor in every single room, does she?

And how come Audrey sold her half of the salon without knowing how much the cost of the dry rot would be? She could've been told it was a couple of hundred quid and realise she'd sold her salon for nothing.

AND surely the co-owner would have a right to discuss a sale beforehand and to calculate a price?

Also where is Bethany sleeping? If there’s 3 bedrooms upstairs and the extension. And currently 6 adults and 3 children living there (before Audrey came)? Or is she living somewhere else.

Anyone else notice amy appointment was for 12.30 but she came out of the room at 12?!

When will Asha and Aadi get some stories? We’ve seen plenty from Amy, Summer and Simon.

And Dev and Kev are in need of more screen time come to that.

So there is dry rot in the house and in the salon, isn't that a massive coincidence? Or have I got that wrong?

I don't recall then saying it's in the salon Deadringer just at the house and in the party wall.

I think that Amy was wearing plumping lip gloss. Would a practitioner give fillers to someone under 16 (I assume the actress is 14/15) ?

I quite enjoyed tonight's ep. The characters that I find particularly poor (Brian, Gemma, Kate) were not in it.

She just had lip gloss on. Nobody's going to give her lip fillers!

She's 16. You're allowed have lip fillers at 16.

You can"t get dry rot in a party wall. A leak would not cause dry rot. No wonder Gary has no money, he clearly knows fuck all about the building trade.

The whole Audrey suddenly being broke storyline is absolutely ridiculous! She owns Grassmere Drive outright, she would have inherited all of Alfie’s money, she inherited the salon from Alma so to make out she has nothing is ludicrous! On a sideline I think she should sell Grassmere Drive and get herself a nice trendy flat in Victoria Court! Claud could buy one next door as well! I really like the Claudia/Audrey dynamic and it’s good to see older women, particularly Claudia being shown as dynamic business women, makes a change from them being portrayed as blithering idiots like they have done with Gail’s character.

Talking of Gail, whatever happened to her dad Ted?? He came into her life and then promptly disappeared never to be mentioned again! Anyway it’s about time he popped his clogs and Gail and Audrey could then inherit his fortune and buy another house, the Platt household will be done for overcrowding otherwise.

Does anyone else remember Amy went to a house party ages ago and she was almost with a boy at the party? Her parents came around to drag her home. When was that?

Yes Deadringer that’s why Audrey had to sell the salon to Claudia, now she also has dry rot at home! Didn’t realise it was contagious! Next will be the Platt house gets termites......

I thought Amy looked really nice with her lip gloss, it suited her. She has nice eyes too. Goodness only knows where they're going to go with the pregnancy storyline though, it's awful.

Like others, I really felt for Sinead, Daniel and little Albert, it's a very sad business and predict it will become sadder. Boxes of tissues in storage.

I don't think there was ever dry rot in the salon was there? I think that Gary originally said it was in the floorboards (?) at Grassmere Drive, and Audrey couldn't afford to pay to fix this so sold the salon. She then got a call from her next door neighbour to say it had spread to the party wall.
