Newgirl don't you think Sally Sparrow would make a great assistant? I wonder if they'd ever bring her back?

slayerette · 21/06/2007 16:12

Hang on - back up a bit - did someone say James Marsters was going to be in Torchwood?? As in SPIKE? Please someone, tell me more!

And yes - Sally Sparrow would be a fab new assistant!

lemonaid · 21/06/2007 16:20

Looks as though it's only guest starring in one episode, though.

slayerette · 21/06/2007 16:43
Sad
cornsilk · 21/06/2007 16:51

Right - who is Sally Sparrow?
When is Torchwood on again?
Do you mean that Spike from Buffy is in Torchwood?
Is Rose coming back?

serenity · 21/06/2007 17:13

Right,

Sally Sparrow was the hero on the Doctorlite episode Blink.

Torchwood is back the beginning of next year.

Oh god, yes. (Jm and Jb, hmmm)

I hope not.

slayerette · 21/06/2007 17:48

Oh no, Serenity, you just made me have quite an inappropriate thought concerning JM and JB and - why, that's me!

Macdog · 22/06/2007 08:24

James Marsters website appears to have collapsed under the excitement of it all

Story here

newgirl · 22/06/2007 13:00

i think sally would be a great assistant although dont want martha sacked!!

serenity · 22/06/2007 14:13

slayerette - I'm just giving some of the fanfic sites a chance to absorb the info, and then I'm sure there @ill (vv not vorking, ruddy kids) be vast amounts of 'inappropriate' slashfic to be read (SueBaroo are you listening? Get @riting no@ - bollocks- ok, get scribbling instantaneously!)

SueBaroo · 22/06/2007 16:26

Of all the things I'd hoped would make a name for myself, writing slashfic wasn't what I would have guessed, lol. I do write stuff without sex in it, you know.. though it would appear no-one reads that, roffle.

Anyway, I shall see what I can do - I'm writing some on demand for the crazy women on OG atm.

Pixel · 22/06/2007 17:40

Hi all, I've just approached a complete stranger in Tesco car park to tell him how much I liked his car . The registration was WHO 1 (how much must that have cost?!) and the wheel cover had a fantastic bling dalek with 'exterminate' written across it. Fab huh?

serenity · 22/06/2007 17:46

You'll have to do a link to the other stuff then Surbaroo, there only seems to be the er....smutty stuff on that one (and it would have been good even nonsmutty) Good site though, thanks for linking.

I am really proud of myself for discovering that I can type 'w' words by do cut and paste on w, timeconsuming but strangely satisfying.

Fubsy · 22/06/2007 18:00

pixel, was it a Smart car? If so ive seen it in Liskeard Morrisons!

SueBaroo · 22/06/2007 19:11

well, non-smut is here and here. See? I'm a very good girl, really

Pixel · 22/06/2007 20:11

No Fubsy, it was a great big Land-drover type thing. Maybe the owner bought it from the Smart-car man!

Pixel · 22/06/2007 20:11

The registration plate I mean.

RedTartanLass · 23/06/2007 08:53

Here we go, here we go, here we go!!! 10 hrs!!!

serenity · 23/06/2007 10:09

I've been offered a free ticket to the London Calling concert in Hyde Park, I'm very excited (girlie day out with large amounts of wine!) But I've realised how geeky/obsessive/in need of a RL I am because I'm gutted that I'm going to miss Doctor Who! I'm just going to have to watch it half cut at some silly time tonight - I am not going to bed without seeing it first!

serenity · 23/06/2007 10:10

London Calling? Too much Clash I think....Hyde Park Calling!

RedTartanLass · 23/06/2007 10:17

lol at "London Calling" can't get the bloody tune out my head now!!

Mossy · 23/06/2007 11:47

So SueBaroo... where is the smutty stuff then?

Oh so excited about tonight...

SueBaroo · 23/06/2007 11:51

Mossy, if you click on my penname it takes you to a page with all my stories linked. The story is calling 'Settling'.

UnquietDad · 23/06/2007 11:53

"here it comes, the sound of drums..."

woo-hoo!

motherinferior · 23/06/2007 11:56

I have just seen about Marsters and am hyperventilating.
