No, he didn't come across as sincere. Kept referring to his conduct as "a mistake". Said he was sorry "for the hurt" but he didn't look sorry - he looked angry.

How the hell are they going to do the fake jollity of the Charleston with the full-on gurning on Saturday. Producers need to get them on first then offscreen as quick as possible.

I’m not sure why it’s such a massive story, tbh. The pitchforks are well and truly out.

When all’s said and done, they’re two people taking part in a dancing competition. While I deplore their behaviour, I’m not sure what it’s got to do with the competition. Can only morally righteous people dance?
