Kissing a man while married isn't a punishable/sackable offence in this country. He isn't a minor and she isn't in a position of trust over him, and she isn't in a position of power either (ie. she's not his boss in a place of work.) It's a dance show for goodness sake!

There's probably a clause in her contract that would class this as either inappropriate behaviour or behaviour which had a negative impact on the BBC and/or SCD!
But I don't actually care if she gets sacked or not - I was simply stating there's enough reason to sack her, whereas the majority on here think Seann should be sacked - when there isn't a proven reason to do so

They always talk about strictly curse in a positive way. I doubt they are bothered by the affairs.

yep, you're probably right. It's not usually one of the professionals who's doing the dirty on a husband/wife - it's usually the celebs pairing up with a single pro, iirc.
Anyway, it was just a point I was throwing out there.

knottyhair, I doubt he would be asked to leave even if the accusation had been of physical abuse. Unless it is known for sure that the accusation is true it is unfair to get rid of someone.

For your information, yes I do think if the accusations are true it is abuse but we don't know do we?

I am astounded by the amount of posters that are obviously clairvoyant and know for sure his girlfriend is telling the truth.

They will possibly allude to SCD being in the news, but they'll say nothing else is my guess.
