If the show that was on this Saturday was actually filmed a couple of weeks ago, does that mean they'll have had a month initial training rather than the 2 weeks we are led to believe?

Yes Alaskan I suppose so, I was thinking that the producers are stupid with all the pretence! They ought to show it with all the auditions, matching the partners etc. it would be much better than trying to make a big 'exciting' show.

I can't remember the name of the girl (Stacey?) who actually opened her mouth at the end and said she'd already danced with her partner Oooops!! Poor Claudia had to gloss over what she said!

Alaskan all the contestants and pros that I follow on instagram have all been posting about Days one and two of training in the last 24ish hours.
It all seems very genuine so I’m inclined to think they dont start training in earnest until after the launch show.

@AlaskanSnow I also think they genuinely don't start training till after the launch show has aired.

I wonder if pros feel a bit fed up if they're put with a celeb with a very hectic work schedule?
I remember Danny Mac & Oti said on ITT they would train 8- 12 hours a day! Must be a bit frustrating if you can only squeeze in 2-3 hours at random times.

I understand Vick and Graziano have the jive first!

I wish they'd stick to maybe four easier dance types per week for the first two weeks. I find it hard to compare couples when each pair is doing a completely different dance to each other.

Equally it's frustrating when a talented couple get an advanced dance in the early stages - you wish you'd be able to see it performed in the second half of the series to its full potential.
