Finally! Season 2 starts on July 4th on More4.

Been waiting for this, we haven't been able to find a download of it anywhere.

OP posts:
Blondeshavemorefun · 27/07/2018 19:45

I wonder if Randall does feel left out as Kate and Kevin at every close

Blondeshavemorefun · 27/07/2018 19:45

Are very

PunchtheClock · 27/07/2018 22:10

Dunno, I expect his life went a different way as he’s the clever one I’m not sure it’s on purpose.

I cannot stand Toby he’s a control freak.

AnyName1 · 27/07/2018 22:21

If any of you can access the RTE player it's up to Series 2 Ep 18 here.

Graphista · 27/07/2018 22:39

If we can access RTE player are we allowed to use it?

AnyName1 · 27/07/2018 23:31

Well I won't report you!

Graphista · 28/07/2018 00:06

Grin cheers! It could open a whole wealth of new things to watch!

WitchSharkadder · 28/07/2018 00:41

I was rather Hmm too as to why they aren’t showing it on C4 too, Pontious

Was ShockShock at the end of Wednesday’s episode.

Blondeshavemorefun · 02/08/2018 22:31

WHY 🙀🙀🙀

HannahnotAgnes · 02/08/2018 23:15

What do you mean Blondes?

covetingthepreciousthings · 03/08/2018 06:53

@pontiouspilates @WitchSharkadder

When it was originally on C4, they shoved in on at 10pm on a Tuesday I think? Didn't really advertise it.. then I wonder if it sunk in the ratings? Why oh why they didn't think to put it on in a 'prime time' slot like 9pm on a Sunday is beyond me Hmm
It's a brilliant show and would have done really well I think if it had been given the chance.

Would be great if Netflix could get it, but I don't think they can.

Blondeshavemorefun · 03/08/2018 16:26

WHY Was @witch 🙀🙀🙀 at ending on wed

JeremiahBackflip · 03/08/2018 16:39

I am annoyed they've made Kevin addicted to the drugs. Pah!

And (is this a spoiler? I've not seen future episodes so only going by channel 4 pace)

Did we know Jack had a brother? Is Jack actually Jack? Was there identify switcheroo?

I need to know what happened but don't want to skip ahead.

Graphista · 03/08/2018 19:42

We already knew he had a brother I think. Think it was referenced in first series when we learned jacks father was also a drunk.

As a child of an alcoholic myself it's unusual to see more than one generation of addiction portrayed, even though it's very common.

Blondeshavemorefun · 04/08/2018 18:09

Why would jack swap with his brother?

HannahnotAgnes · 04/08/2018 18:15

I agree Blondes - that wouldn't make sense Confused. I imagine the ending was more for us to assume the brother died in Vietnam, which gives us a broader view of Jack & goes further to explain his drinking.

WitchSharkadder · 05/08/2018 16:50

I don’t remember a brother being mentioned in S1 and I only binge watched it very recently, just before S2 started.

I’m intrigued as to where they’re going with Kevin’s addiction. As a pp said, it’s unusual to see a portrayal or addiction through multiple generations.

I miss William this series 😰

Blondes I was referring to Kate being pg, didn’t want to explicitly state it in case people hadn’t watched yet.

Graphista · 08/08/2018 21:21

We watching? I love the flashbacks.

VanGoghsDog · 08/08/2018 23:52

Love this, also dislike Toby - I liked the twenties flashbacks tonight, but there was literally nothing from 'now' I think?

I wish I had it all so could watch it all at once. I think the last series jumped about in the schedule so I was always watching on catch up. I've managed to keep up this time so far.

WitchSharkadder · 09/08/2018 00:59

No, there was no present day at all tonight, Van. I liked seeing them as young adults though.

DoorbellsSleighbellsSchnitzel · 09/08/2018 04:16

Tonight's episode had me crying for the first time this season - I'd been blubbing every single episode last season!
Did everyone notice the announcement after the credits that it's moving to 10pm from next week? Typical of More4 to start mucking about with the scheduling - no wonder there's not more people watching.

Blondeshavemorefun · 09/08/2018 14:20

Ah @witch. If it’s been shown on tv then fair game to mention on here imo

But yes lovely she is preg

I am assuming as we didn’t see jack at birth of Randall’s daughter birth that he’s already dead

Then Miguel makes contact via fb and their romance starts

WitchSharkadder · 09/08/2018 17:31

Yy, Blondes, Rebecca confirmed Jack had already died by that point when she broke the mug and was crying. She said that they were happy tears because the birth was one of the happiest moments of her life but was struggling with the fact that all her happy moments will be tinged with sadness without Jack.

Blondeshavemorefun · 09/08/2018 17:43

Oh. Missed that 😳😳

Prob on the phone :(

Thanks

Graphista · 09/08/2018 18:11

Really annoys me when they mess about with schedule, it's unfair to the programmes because of course that affects ratings Angry
