Anyone else counting the hours 'til Friday? Saga banged up and stitched up for the murder of her evil mama; how will she cope? Come on Henrik, save our girl!

OP posts:
PickAChew · 03/06/2018 12:36

That friendship looked far more like an obsession than a reciprocated friendship, tbh.

YouStacey · 03/06/2018 20:02

A couple of things I thought after Friday's episode.

  1. Morgan Sonning's wife made a comment about his brother's baby not really being his because it has brown eyes. Morgan has brown eyes too so I'm guessing we're meant to infer that he is his brother's wife lover/father of her child. But what is significant about that in terms of the overall storyline? Does the SIL have a spare set of keys to the car or access to her husband's garage key safe and therefore something to do with the politician's killing? Confused
  1. Another unlikely suspect and therefore possible likely, is the guy from Henrik's drugs group who phoned him the other night (interesting that H would have given him his mob no. too). He seems likely in the way that the gallery guy from S3 was unlikely but turned out to be the perp.
  1. I like a poster's suggestion up-thread that the girl in the commune is Henrik's DD. She seems to have some sort of dissociative disorder* arising from some trauma. Although I think they died when their mother did and I would like H to have closure.
*I may have made that condition up.
  1. Poor Saga - she seems much lonelier this episode. Up till now she's had a combination of Hans, Martin and Henrik "getting" her and looking out for her, but I think she faces losing the third of them now having already lost two. Sad

@YouStacey. You’ve made me realise something and I think I might be right which will be a massive spoiler. Shall I PM you my theory or say it publicly?

HollowTalk · 03/06/2018 20:45

If it's something you suspect but don't know for sure, then tell us! If you've heard it elsewhere, keep it to yourself!!!!

HollowTalk · 03/06/2018 20:48

@colouringinagain, I've driven myself crazy trying to find that video on YouTube! I will let you know if I find it.

In the meantime, is very interesting, though the interviewer is a bit of a dick with his first question.

VanillaSugar · 03/06/2018 20:51

OK - it’s a theory. Mr Sonning is having an affair with his SIL and is the father of the baby. He was away for the weekend of 28 with the SIL. Mrs Sonning took the spare keys and went to see Magrethe because she has a grudge against her as M wanted to get Mrs Sonning sacked as Chair. This is why they’re both covering for each other and are pretending they were together. I don’t think Mrs Sonning is the killer though.

HollowTalk · 04/06/2018 08:58

Yes it's pretty clear that those two didn't go away together, isn't it? They should have been interviewed separately!

I don't think Mrs Sonning is the killer, either. Gah, don't know who is, though! The young man in the wheelchair (provided he actually does need that wheelchair) can't be the killer, though he's definitely involved.

I don't think the girl who dresses up is going to be Henrik's daughter. I don't think the two female muggers are his daughters, either. I want him to find his daughters so badly!

Cannothtinkofaname · 07/06/2018 11:37

I've only just watched last weeks episode so didn't like to look at this thread in case of spoliers.
These are some spoliers:
Saga has made the link to the killings, methods of execution but it seems a bit of a lame link, and not sure how she picked that up from just 3 murders.
I really don't like the girl in the commune, she makes me feel uncomfortable and you know she is trouble.
When Saga said the different forms of execution and one was firing squad - the son in the commune has gone out with the guy shooting - you just know it will end badly!

I agree about the man in the wheelchair - something must be going on with him, it all seems a bit not right.

I'm really hoping the two girls are Hendrick's daughters, but how sad for him when they've left and stolen from him. I'm hoping they return as I know the younger one would like to stay with him.

Not sure though that a single male police officer would be allowed to let two vulnerable young girls stay with him, but then it is The Bridge!

I felt sorry for Hans widow couldn't bring herself to have dinner with her colleague.

I'm looking forward to this weeks episode but can't believe this will be the last ever series.

Cheguevarahamster · 07/06/2018 22:16

Hello! I have just binge watched four episodes. Very exciting stuff.Live Saga and Henriks relationships. I am not sure if anyone has posted this but did anyone think theres a link between commune man and Henriks wife's murder? Could his daughter be one of Henriks kids?

goose1964 · 08/06/2018 08:32

I think Saga is going to break through the shell she has protected herself with. I remember ain interview with the actress who plays her in series one where she said that Saga was not autistic but had such a traumatic childhood that she became withdrawn and hid her emotions deep inside.

I reckon she'll have the baby and find all the repressed emotion will come out

YouStacey · 08/06/2018 22:01

Tommy? Tommy? Who the fuck is Tommy? Shock Confused
Are we even supposed to know who he is?

TimeIhadaNameChange · 08/06/2018 22:03

YOU just asked what I want to know!

Who the fuck is Tommy????

Xmasbaby11 · 08/06/2018 22:04

That was a difficult watch with Saga tonight. I didn't see it coming at all.

2cats2many · 08/06/2018 22:06

I'm so pleased it's not just me. Confused

gardeningsarah · 08/06/2018 22:06

I'm glad I'm not the only to think who on earth is Tommy.

Xmasbaby11 · 08/06/2018 22:08

The fact they didn't say his full name makes me think were meant to know who Tommy is.

Meercat2 · 08/06/2018 22:17

I've tried Twitter to find out..... Everyone's confused about who Tommy is

YouStacey · 08/06/2018 22:20

Henrik did look at a photo, I think, of 2 people in pig heads before having his Tommy revelation - does that relate to series 1 or 2 that had people in animal heads committing murders?
And yes Xmas do sad for Henrik and Saga tonight Sad

VanillaSugar · 08/06/2018 22:21

Do not google and do not try to fin out otherwise you will get massive spoilers Sad

YouStacey · 08/06/2018 22:32

Could Tommy be wheelchair guy's dad? Who is dead, so it is actually wheelchair guy ?

Xmasbaby11 · 08/06/2018 22:42

Good guess about the wheelchair guy - he was at the party wasn't he? So definitely a link, and he mentioned his dad being dead. I can't remember back to previous series.

I like the story with Hans's widow. Often on tv grief is very short-lived and it's good to see a more realistic portrayal where she still misses him.

YouStacey · 08/06/2018 23:24

From what I can tell wheelchair guy is the son of a dead druggy-type and a woman who is now with Tobias Sonning and has a baby, and access to Morgan her BIL's car. Dead druggy type may be Tommy. Whoever Tommy is, how did Henrik make the link, and how?
I think honk the animal heads featured on S1. The real killer got an eco group to make videos claiming responsibility for the deaths while wearing a variety of animal heads. Then another group decided to copy the other group - and I think Henrik may have been looking at a photo of them when he had his Eureka/Tommy moment?

colouringinagain · 09/06/2018 00:04

Oh Saga Sad

colouringinagain · 09/06/2018 00:07

Who is Tommy??????!!!!!

PickAChew · 09/06/2018 00:26

I cried.
