Anyone else counting the hours 'til Friday? Saga banged up and stitched up for the murder of her evil mama; how will she cope? Come on Henrik, save our girl!

Yeah, she may be too young. I just liked my clown theory. Grin

LoisWilkersonsLastNerve · 26/05/2018 21:13

That clown frightened the bejesus out of meGrin

HoofWankingSpangleCunt · 27/05/2018 05:49

I dreamt about that bloody clown last night. Thank you Scandinavia.

HoofWankingSpangleCunt · 27/05/2018 06:53

Just remembered something else.
Remember when the original clown twin was at the hospital and was about to visit the little girl? Didn't he say to his colleague that he didn't know and the colleague said that it had been mentioned at the meeting? He then asked her where he was and she said something like next to me.
So was it the tv presenter twin masquerading as Clown Twin ? Meaning we were led to believe that Clown Twin was always pretending to be his brother but in actual fact it is the other way around?

AGnu · 27/05/2018 10:01

Maybe they're triplets...

Just had an awful thought... What if Henrik murdered his family?! Nothing's ever what it seems!

HoofWankingSpangleCunt · 27/05/2018 10:28

Nooooooo. I love Henrik. He is most definitely not a murderer of his own family? Or is he?
Might explain the guilt ...
But no, I don't want that to be true.

HoofWankingSpangleCunt · 27/05/2018 10:29

Triplets is inspired AGnu

Slartybartfast · 27/05/2018 11:31

That will be another colleague Saga sends to prison Grin It will tip her over the edge

EmilyAlice · 27/05/2018 11:35

Could the girl in the commune be one of the daughters?

NewModelArmyMayhem18 · 27/05/2018 12:23

We're almost half way through and not getting any sense of where it's going.

I missed the initial clown in the little girl's room scene so not really sure what that's about.

The community is very strange. Sure something untoward will happen there. Presumably the son will get blamed for the attack carried out at the end of episode 3?

Love the idea that the surviving twin is not who we think he is. Perhaps that's why he says he's made up Red October. Maybe they do exist?

NewModelArmyMayhem18 · 28/05/2018 09:44

Am I right to think that in Series 3 (episode 1) Henrik went to sleep with his wife next to him and woke up the next day to find his family gone? And he just got into his car, took some pills and drove off to work? Is that all we know of their disappearance until the wife's body turns up at the end (episode 8)?

LoisWilkersonsLastNerve · 28/05/2018 09:55

Yes but in the first episode she was still a figment of his imagination as they disappeared 8 years previously.

NewModelArmyMayhem18 · 28/05/2018 10:23

Oh right that makes total sense LoisWilkersonsLastNerve. I think by the time I got to Series 3 (binge-watched all three series over Easter), I didn't entirely pay attention, so some key points may have eluded me.

LoisWilkersonsLastNerve · 28/05/2018 12:51

They deliberately shot it so you thought Henrik was married in the first episode and perhaps a wrong un. I can't wait until Friday but so far this season isn't one of the best. It's gone a bit convoluted and far fetched.

CheeseTheDay · 28/05/2018 13:56

I have just binge-watched all three episodes so far. No idea what's happening, but I'm loving it so far.

That clown though. 😱

TimeIhadaNameChange · 28/05/2018 16:41

I also wondered if Henrik had murdered his family. We don't know who killed his wife, do we? Is there an official investigation going on?

Not sure I can really make this theory add up, though.

NewModelArmyMayhem18 · 28/05/2018 19:42

This series isn't very fast-paced....

PickAChew · 28/05/2018 22:42

I suspect that it will all come together, wrap us up in a vortex and spit us out of the other end an emotional wreck, in the manner we're accustomed to.

LoisWilkersonsLastNerve · 28/05/2018 23:10

Beautifully put pickachewGrin

cornishstripes · 29/05/2018 12:59

ooh I really hope henrik the decent guy doesn't turn out to be the killer of his wife and kids - that would be too sad. I can't see the pregnancy panning out though, that'd be too much of a happily ever after wouldn't it? Not very scandi.

NewModelArmyMayhem18 · 29/05/2018 17:38

Well the ultimate 'I didn't see that coming' way to end a scandi drama would be with a happy ever after. It's either that or everyone dies...but I see that the latter may fit the genre much better.

Not really getting a sense of where it's going at this point in the series (and we're nearly half way)...

HoofWankingSpangleCunt · 30/05/2018 07:25

Hijacking thread just to say that I love your username newmodelarmy . I have happy memories of stomping along in my para boots to NMA back in the day. Even saw them live 😁
Back to The Bridge- is it wrong to be counting the hours till tomorrow's episode? I usually have several things on the go when watching tv but tomorrow the knitting and my phone will stay on the table. I don't want to miss a second of the remaining 300 minutes. Sounds a lot written like that but we know all too well that it will whizz by faster than a car chase over the Öresund Bridge. (Notice my Swedish Ö there...Team Saga all the way)
Grin

PickAChew · 30/05/2018 12:34

It's very wrong, since it's only Wednesday today :o

MuddlingMackem · 31/05/2018 17:12

I spent last week counting down to Friday night for the latest installment, and then forgot all about it until Saturday night as I decided to be ill instead. Still not quite 100%, and it was only a stinking cold, nothing serious. Bah!

Definitely looking forward to tomorrow's episode, really want to see how Henrik handles Saga's news.

MrsFring · 01/06/2018 20:48

Ok, let's do this!
