Anyone else counting the hours 'til Friday? Saga banged up and stitched up for the murder of her evil mama; how will she cope? Come on Henrik, save our girl!

I think CCG is a tangent and he is a sub-plot linked. Is the taxi driver and Henrik.

My main suspects are:

Wheelchair guy
The PA
Jonas
Someone we haven't met yet

HollowTalk · 18/06/2018 12:21

I think Jonas' role will come out in the last two episodes. He's definitely up to no good.

The PA had better damn well have something to do with it - why else is she in it?

I don't believe the wheelchair guy can walk much - I could understand it if he was only seen with Henrik, but he went to visit his mum in his wheelchair, too. Why would he do that if he could walk?

Does anyone else want that older woman in the village commune to get her hair cut?!

DonkeysDontRideBicycles · 18/06/2018 12:41

Funny I was thinking the opposite: Jonas the homophobe who referred disparagingly to 'white trash' will turn out to be All Right and a good colleague at the last moment.

HollowTalk · 18/06/2018 12:42

It's been interesting how the Danish have been portrayed in this - I wouldn't have known anything about the differences between the Danes and the Swedes if it wasn't for this programme.

anonymice · 18/06/2018 12:49

I also do not think Jonas is the mole.

AGnu · 18/06/2018 12:59

Of course there is one person no-one has listed as a suspect in any of this... What if Saga turns out to have set the whole thing up? She's actually completely psychopathic & has planned this intricate web of murders that won't appear related to her as a cover for her suicide. She also killed Jennifer & their parents but made it look like suicide... Maybe she also killed Henrik's family for some reason I haven't imagined yet... Grin

DonkeysDontRideBicycles · 18/06/2018 13:02

AGnu Shock Wink

HollowTalk · 18/06/2018 13:06

Oh my god, AGnu! She certainly is losing it at the moment, but I thought we could have faith in her that she'd always do the right thing - she's honest to a ridiculous extent. Have you forgotten what she said to Martin's wife about the dinner? Grin

I don't think Jonas will be found guilty of anything either, now that I think about it. It would be too obvious. He'll probably help save the day (and dine out on it for ever more!)

glamorousgrandmother · 18/06/2018 13:12

I also suspected Jonas of being up to no good at first but now I think he is just a run of the mill homophobic, sexist etc. unpleasant person but will come up trumps somehow.

HollowTalk · 18/06/2018 13:26

Yes, I think he's going to be one of these salt of the earth, politically incorrect people who turn out to save the day.

rumbelina · 18/06/2018 13:37

Can someone remind me why we think there is a mole in the police? I'm following pretty much everything else, just not sure of that. Ta

LoisWilkersonsLastNerve · 18/06/2018 13:40

Information was leaked to the press iirc. I can't remember what though?

DonkeysDontRideBicycles · 18/06/2018 13:42

Was it early on, details about the stoning and/or the asylum seeker?

Ebeneser · 18/06/2018 13:42

OMG, I hadn't even realised that there was another season!

LoisWilkersonsLastNerve · 18/06/2018 13:47

Aye that rings bells, it was about the details of how they died being put in the newspaper could only have cane from inside.

rumbelina · 18/06/2018 13:50

Ah ok that makes sense.

DonkeysDontRideBicycles · 18/06/2018 13:53

Hi Ebeneser for reasons best known to themselves, BBC have stashed it away on Friday nights at 9pm on BBC2!

MrsFring · 18/06/2018 14:49

Obsessively rewatching the last episode and struck by how likeable Tommy is/was. It's a sign of quality drama that relatively minor characters can be so well fleshed-out and memorable, it was the same in Killing 1. Only slight issue is that Brian/Kevin looks older than his dad!

OP posts:
HollowTalk · 18/06/2018 14:51

Yes, Brian/Kevin wasn't very good at looking younger!

MrsFring · 18/06/2018 16:29

Lowering the tone alert! I remember in series 1 and 2 I had friends who had the hots for Martin ( couldn't see it meself ); who would like to get their mitts on Henrik? Wink

TERFragetteCity · 18/06/2018 16:31

What if Saga turns out to have set the whole thing up?

Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.

ToffeeUp · 18/06/2018 16:36

Just looked it up and the actor who plays Kevin is 30.

How old are Astrid and Kristoffer supposed to be, about 16/17?

ToffeeUp · 18/06/2018 16:39

Nah neither Martin or Henrik does it for me. Troels from the killing on the other hand.....

MrsFring · 18/06/2018 16:40

Oh God yes. Hubba hubba.

OP posts:
HollowTalk · 18/06/2018 16:44

Yes, Troels was the one for me, too! Martin... well he was great, but I think he was quite weak, really.

Do you remember a conversation Saga had in the car with Martin about infidelity, in series 1? She's asking him about him sleeping with other women and then asks whether he has an open marriage (I think.) It was very funny. I'm not going to Google it now because I'm worried about seeing spoilers for this series.
