I thought that there was a bit of a lingering look between Gold and Polly at John's funeral; now that would be a truly frightening duo.

Oh my days. Arthur in RL is just beautiful!

I'm loving the pared down dynamic of this series so far, compared to the convolutions of series 3. Tommy looks haunted and unpredictable and his interactions with Polly are very revealing of his dependence on her. The scenes with Arthur - " say it with me, brother " were heartbreaking.

I couldn't take Changretta seriously, the actor just seems to be doing his best Marlon Brando. Plus it annoys me the way they're pronouncing his name wrong.

I reckon she is bluffing too. She said “you know our history” (speaking of her and tommy) as a reassurance to changretta. She was reminding him of her (real and already proven) reasons to want to get rid of tommy so changretta will believe her.

She promised to help tommy for Michael. Michael would never ever forgive her if she did what she appears to be doing, and Michael isn’t stupid, he would work it out very quickly when him, Arthur and Finn were unharmed. He would know a deal had been made. Her only reason to get rid of tommy is to get Michael away from him and Michael would never go with her under those circumstances.
