Just rewatching season 7 and enjoying it more second time around. I'd forgotten loads of things. Will watch the last episode tomorrow. Trailer for season 8 looks good!

Do you remember Sasha and the Coffin and then the Scavangers double crossing Rik's group and then the Kingdom coming to rescue at the last moment with a Tiger?

I've been laid up with a bad back for 3 days and rewatched most of season 7.

Oh yes - definitely remember Sasha and the Coffin (and then Sasha appearing afterwards on the Talking Dead and talking about 'weaponising' her body ).

And the Scavengers double crossing - was that the woman with the v short fringe who speaks in truncated sentences?

Negan is as going to kill Carl when the tiger attacked..

I thought it was a great season.

One thing I liked about the last episode is that it actually gave you a few moments of joy and happiness.

The show is relentless sadness and grief and I love the brief moments of happiness, I was like a big kid when that tiger appeared at the end and they got rescued.

Excellent! I wasn’t expecting another series until next year so this is great news!! I do love to hate Negan and find him hilarious but #teamrikgrimes4eva

kits we binge watched the entire show while ds2 was bfing and a newborn and my DH nickname for him was miniwalker because he sounded and acted like one

Still can't work out if eugene is playing games and on ricks side or if he has been brain washed and on negans

And amazed no one shot one of their own. But hard to tell who was who in the shoot out

I really wish that trash garbage chick would do something with that fringe!

We have been re watching the entire series in anticipation- is it just me or is series 7 a bit crap? I can't cope with the relentless misery of it, plus so many storylines just don't make sense - like why do the garbage people sound like they come from another planet? Are they in the comic books? Is there any kind of explanation for their existence?
I am really looking forward to seeing what happens with Eugene though, I really hope he is just playing the long game and will come through for the group in the end. I also hope they don't kill off any more characters that have been in it since the start, I'm still not over Glen!
