What I mean is this

If someone at home offers me a cup of tea/coffee etc, I've started saying, "No - I had don't want that"

Well meaning but twerpish junior staff members that I come across are now always 'will the intern'. And isn't that the actor who is also Prince William in 'the windsors'?

Had to re-watch bits of it earlier esp the older bloke (forgotten his name, sorry! - Neil?) having a rant at the subtitles guy and then just despairing of Siobhan in every meeting and Ian saving it at the end whilst Sophie Raworth was trying to sign him off. Plus Anna walking into the window - I'd missed the 'Transparency' bit aswell but up there with the Del Boy leaning on the non-existent bar moment. Classic. So that's all good then

We love lanyards.

We have lanyards. Different colour ones. You get one colour if you've forgotten your pass and get a temporary one for the day. It's the Lanyard Of Shame.

It's early Thursday morning and Iklboo has forgotten her pass and been given a temporary one with a different-coloured lanyard. She is wearing this Lanyard Of Shame in a shamefully shamefaced manner.

I can’t work out who is my favourite character. I think it might be Will.

Siobhan's duck selfies are also amusing - as well as the fact that she makes absolutely no sense at all. ' heres the thing, I get paid shed loads to talk rubbish'. Happening everywhere probably!

I treat people in reception to a slapstick comedy treat on an almost daily basis with it.

DH messaged yesterday to say that their Head of Change had spent a full hour of their Team Meeting exhorting them to do exactly as they had always done.

I just compiled a feedback document on a brochure (I do a bit of copy editing here and there) and I had to stop and go back through the whole thing because I'd unconsciously used some W1A-isms (Tone very good. Very strong...)

I think I got them all out in the end...!
