I meant to say, ShotsFired, I love Silicon Valley as well. The scene where Jared is teaching them agile is now used in Agile training courses!

CanIBuffalo · 27/09/2017 21:27

Apparently they are entirely different roles. Which is sad really as the call centre staff will never have the benefit of being transformed, though they can obviously receive change at any moment, whereas the development team have constant and on going change, sadly without the opportunity of transformation.
It's very simple really. Smile

Tinycitrus · 27/09/2017 21:29

I have actually had the transformation vs change conversation at work Blush

Grin that is fantastic!

My OH is working out a way to slide the conjoined triangles of success into his work's newsletter - they already have vision pillars and loads of other guff like that so it will fit right in...

2014newme · 28/09/2017 06:57

Was it on this week? It's not on i player

Slartybartfast · 28/09/2017 06:58

oh love W1A

tribpot · 28/09/2017 07:13

Episode 2, 2014newme. It was available on iPlayer last week so may not have shown up as a new episode.

2014newme · 28/09/2017 07:33

Yes I saw episode 2 last week but wondered why no episode 3 this week.

Slartybartfast · 28/09/2017 07:39

Oh i thought the one i saw this week was a repeat of the last series, particularly with the Lucy business Blush
i miss olivia colman

falange · 28/09/2017 07:39

My OH hates it. But he doesn’t work in the public sector and therefore doesn’t believe it is actually spot on about a lot of things. I loved the Head of Better.

Slartybartfast · 28/09/2017 07:43

Better what ? Grin

LloydColeandtheCoconuts · 28/09/2017 11:57

Phew! I thought I'd missed the new episode too.

LloydColeandtheCoconuts · 28/09/2017 11:57

Or at least wondered why they were repeating episode 2.

Whitegrenache · 02/10/2017 10:05

Have I missed episode 3?

Also where can I watch twenty twelve and the other series of W2A

kazzaD66 · 02/10/2017 22:51

Glad to see the older guy had a bigger role tonight. He got to say for fuck's sake outside of the meeting room aswell Grin
Can't believe W1A has forseen the BBC's own problems - apparently MOTD cocked up it's subtitles at the weekend. The subtitler said comma but the system translated it as scum Wink You couldn't make it up!

NymanPerkins · 02/10/2017 22:59

Blimey!

The80sweregreat · 03/10/2017 08:40

It is funny - Baggy Smith!!
Lenny Henry with poor old Will ' I'd love to help you, but i can't'
what is wrong with Anna? that was odd.

ShoesHaveSouls · 03/10/2017 10:01

Twenty Twelve was on Netflix, but I just checked and I can't find it now. Which is a shame, because I'd love to watch it again. Parts of it actually had me in tears laughing - the one with the Brazilians on the coach was agony to watch, but so funny. It's on Amazon, but you have to pay. Although it's worth it.

Previous W1A series are currently on Netflix.

Davros · 03/10/2017 23:36

I think Anna is only interested in Ian to further her career whereas Lucy actually likes him

The80sweregreat · 04/10/2017 06:23

Lucy does like Ian. Anna is just really odd - if i met her in real life i would avoid.
Izzy is really nice too - she really wants to help Will, but he is a lost cause. bless him. Has connections though, maybe thats why they keep him on?

CanIBuffalo · 04/10/2017 09:02

I think Anna is majorly socially awkward and terrified but keeping up a pretence. I also think she has a massive crush on Ian. I reckon she has a lonely and sterile life outside work.

The80sweregreat · 04/10/2017 09:06

She is sad. The one with the glasses who is always sat next to Ian in meetings and telling him what to do - always one of those in every office!
(one to watch out for)
So funny the way the tea was being passed around when they had the meeting with the Scottish lady.
